Don’t be sellers yet unless it’s an offer that can’t be refused, run the season out, do a thorough end of year review, replace management and coaching staff bringing in fresh perspectives and philosophies, draft according to these new perspectives, trade 26 and 55 getting good market value in return, wave buh bye to deadwood e.g #25, keep rest of core intact, make some significant off season acquisitions to build around this core, roll the dice, move forward.

Just to be not so positive maybe KC our General Manager has overestimated the crew he thinks can do some damage and standing pat maybe isn’t the best strategy.

It’s just a f’ing game to these people, doing sneaky schmarmie greasy things with one another behind the scenes cloaked with bullshit lines about wanting to serve and have really rationalized this bullshit in their heads as what great people they are.

Just another great example to not assume someone who is highly skilled in one craft (in this case hockey) is probably skilled in another craft (in this case critical thinking). He’s an self entitled knuckle dragging rich boy who happens to be really good at hockey but unfortunately for him that’s fading fast as well. Trade him away for a late round draft pick and never speak of his name again.

I wonder how many quality assurance tests his food goes thru? The three poor suckers who have to sample his food and hang around for the next 15 minutes to see what happens.

Al Sharpton imo makes a great point that the US can’t be global liberators while back at home ignoring the serious threat on democracy. I would add harsh twitter words, investigating, looking into it, setting up committees blah blah blah with no real action and consequences is still ignoring at the end of the day.

In seeing how she treats her kids, runs a business, the man she is married to, etc etc I would take out ‘in politics’ and just say she may be the dumbest person on planet earth.

I don't know where to put this so I'm putting it here. Presently life is hard for a lot of sane people of many stripes, colors and shapes for similar and unique reasons. So when all this craziness of what's going on around us locally and globally gets tempered to manageable portions we are going to have an in-person Morning Big Blue member party where we can meet each other face to face and uncloak our monikers and meet each other as real people. Because I'm just the idea guy I vote that that the top 5 members with the most reputation points organize this event. 🙂 A victim of your own success so to speak. All members tho will contribute what they can monetarily to make it happen. 🙂 Now back to your regularly scheduled craziness. Go Ukraine.

I assume the Jets will run out the season with Lowry and existing staff behind the bench then big changes in the off season. Unless they get an offer they can't refuse, I think they even run out the season with their existing roster as well.

Me too but I'm also anti-lunacy. I'd like to cobble them all together (Putin, that lunatic from North Korea, the whole Trump family and their ardent supporters, a good portion of the GOP'ers, knuckle dragging free dumb fighters etc etc) and send them all on their way. A whole lot of pressure in this world sure would be relieved.

Yup I wasn't ripping on you, I really wasn't. Just really really reallllly frustrated with some of my fellow human beings and how they're hard wired in their inability/refusal to understand that individual freedoms and rights can come together with their individual responsibilities for the collective good. This particular issue of taking care of yourself and blending that with your responsibility to others outside your inner circle, basically humanity is not a look at it from both sides. The how can be different but the what is non-negotiable. Either you suck or you don't suck. The people who say I respect all sides here and respect people's rights to choose whatever they want to do on this particular issue are actually imho closet suckers that portray themselves to others as not sucking as a human being.

In an ideal world, regardless of nationality, they would be all exposed, thrown in the brig, all assets seized and all their trust fund kids wealth gutted. Ahhhhhhh
