Optimistically maybe short term all this drama with certain individual players, this lead by committee approach and status quo on improving our talent will be a good thing i.e., players wanting to catch the attention of other teams and the team they currently play for with their on-ice off-ice production will result in at least get us into the playoffs this coming season.. Or We will royally suck this year.

I don't know if I would use the word sucked but I think your statement here is closer to the truth of why the change was made. Maybe the first third of the season is an audition to determine a permanent C and A's.

But she made a ruling in response to the DOJ appealing her original ruling no? Or was DoJ’s response to her original ruling not an appeal? I’m confused as usual.

I thought as well when an appeal is submitted on a ruling it goes to a different judge?

She is a perfect example of what's wrong with the Judiciary System and Garland is the first one to defend and protect it. He's just as guilty but in a different way.
