  1. Yup but without the humour. Dave Ritchie was a riot to listen to.
  2. I suggest to anyone who follows this site and is finding it tedious/unbearable, head on over to the top issues being ‘discussed/debated’ on the world wide web. This place is a sanctuary compared to that and I thank the moderators for that.
  3. To defend the DB's knowing they've contributed their fair share to our current situation you can't cover forever like an olineman can't hold his block forever.
  4. Just to stir the pot and make it more unbearable for some around here, for arguments sake and discussion purposes, if ZC is a no go, Strev gets the nod to start at, let's say he's at 60/70% health because that will put us in a better spot to be successful than TW at 100% health. TW is going to back up CS against the RedBlacks and the only way TW gets into the game is short yardage and if CS gets hurt and can't return. If our offense falters with Strev at the helm and we don't employ TW because CS deserves to be out there because he's earned, he's earned the loyalty for him to work thru adversity plus he wasn't getting the support he needed plus it's been determined TW is not serviceable enough to run our offense and we lose our 4th straight game we are to look away from this not discuss the QB situation because it's just reality it's the best we have it's off limits and focus our energy on (fill in the blank). Yes? Oh and I hope CS lights it up, our oline crushes their dline BO gets 200 yards rushing our receivers have a hay day with their db's, our D plays lights out, our DB's and LB's clamp things down JT getting three sacks WJ with five knock downs and we win by a 100.
  5. In summary, all our depth sucks worse than all our starters so starters get a free ride for underperforming cuz of Walters.
  6. I find when someone posts statements like this and similar ones on the worldwide web such an odd thing to postulate.
  7. ?? encouraging MOS to act like a lunatic? I've seen some suggest a bit more emotion but I haven't seen anyone suggest he needs to act like a lunatic? But hey I don't read every post and see every back and forth here.
  8. JT's last two years playing in this league. 2021-22 Chicago Blackhawks NHL 71 12 25 37 39 -14 -- -- -- -- -- 2022-23 Chicago Blackhawks NHL 53 15 16 31 43 -31 -- -- -- -- -- Here's hoping he feels rejuvenated and is ready to roll. Wear that Jersey proud Mr. Winnipegger. Go Jets Go.
  9. Jim Barker says what
  10. Well the best I can do to describe what straight fire is is have someone kick you right in the junk and wait for the feeling that incurs.
  11. I’m with you, creating, enhancing rivalries is a good thing for the CFL. The game within the game as the saying goes.
  12. I know the reason for certain players JT ZC for example is ride and die with them, they've earned that respect, that right even if it costs the team. Half of me really admires that, half of me not so much.
  13. Or, as some have posted here, TW is not good enough, CS and ZC are the best we have. If factual, wtf is he doing on our roster then? If we are reluctant to play our depth because they’re not good enough help me understand how that is not a huuuge problem.
  14. That’s a great point. That’s one area MOS could show a bit more willingness to flex a bit.
  15. Man i dunno put him on kick cover and i see his body exploding into dust. I think at this point of his life his heart and mind are not aligned with the realities of what his body can no longer do and endure.
  16. I guess gummies are a good thing.
  17. Riders lose. That’s got a nice ring to it.
  18. I’m having conflicting feelings. Act like you’ve been there before versus sprinkling in a little more pizazz into our fine game. A little trash talking makes things more enjoyable and interesting, especially between coaches.
  19. Didn’t watch the game. What did he do?
  20. But he gets at those gaps like there’s no tomorrow. I know I know I’m frustrating. Go Bombers?
  21. You’re crazy. You asked I answered.
  22. I’m sorry and know i shouldn’t be focussing on a low tier player like JT but lining him up at end should be against the law. wowzers.
  23. How the mighty have fallen. Ugh. I’ve been a spoiled little brat for the last five years. What is the appropriate amount of complaining one can do here?
  24. I didn’t listen to it but did he least mention that no one should feel comfortable no one should feel safe in how things are going including him and his coaching staff and if things need to be changed they will be. That I think would be an appropriate statement to share publicly if he has high expectations of himself and his team.
  25. Captain obvious but It’s usually not about throwing a player under the bus unless it’s 100% warranted it’s more about distributing the blame as appropriate across all positions and all coaches but blame per player/coach will vary. No one player or coach is immune but some shoulder way more blame than others. Streveler would probably be middle of the pack with shouldering blame looking at it as a whole.
