Gaydosh could anchor our d-line for years, much as Dougie did. I'm not sure I would bend over backwards too much for him, particularly if we can draft Waud, but it is looking less and less likely that our two wayward draft choices who are floating around in the the US of A will be coming here anytime soon.

This has to be Goossen's year to step forward and claim a starter's role, or he will start to be seen as another draft choice who didn't pan out. If he and Neufeld are able to be good starters along with Greaves and Picard, a lot of our problems will go away.

A longshot no matter how you look at him. Athleticism, size and pedigree are all nice, but the training and experience are real hard to discount.

Great overall improvement- if we get any kind of decent QBing, we ought to be at least 10 and 8. And that's even before we reap the fruits of the 2015 draft. Calgary still looks to be the class of the league, but after that, its all a crapshoot, and somehow I think Durant is not going to be anywhere as effective as he has been before his injury. Ricky Ray will make his team an instant contender, and probably every one in the East will chasing Toronto. Wally Buono is still a wily old fox, so lets not forget his ability to pull rabbits out of hats.

I do wonder if the DB has the proper beard, though.

Collins is big enough and hefty enough with a low center of gravity to stuff running plays. i look forward to seeing him at TC.

We`ve had too many of those- so, training camp fodder.

Probably charged with `walking while black`.

We are going to find out if he`s a stallion or gelding.

Good info. Thanks.

No but that's not an issue since they had a girl. Well, she's going to have all kinds of problems making the team as a quarterback.

Sounds like an intriguing prospect who, if he is as good as he seems, will be gone to the NFL in a year or two. Still, it would be a helluva story, good PR for the CFL, and maybe a well-deserved break for a young man who is chasing his dreams in spite of setbacks.

There is no recovery from having kids. It's a lifelong affliction, but if you are lucky, you get to have grandkids. There is a natural bond between grandparents and grandkids- they both hate the same people.

More gooder Inglish.

He's a WR ... No, he's a Volkswagen.

I would consider drfting his brother London, but he tends to fall down a lot.

Sounds like an underdog we all can cheer for.

I'm willing to cut Vega some slack, but if he and Peach are still here after training camp, we may be in trouble.

Apparently he was a 5th round draft pick by the Bills in 2012 but sat out all of 2013 due to hip injury (carrying 320 lb- not a surprise) and was idle all of last year. Lord knows, he is a load and I would not have to foot the bill for his meals. i hope the Bombers have a list of all-you-can-eat buffets in Winnipeg handy.

Ho hum. Gotta fill the spaces and look like you are actually on the job unearthing news.

Genetics do not determine athletic or intellectual performance, otherwise we would have a lot of hockey players named Richard, Mahovelich, Gretzky, etc etc and have our scientists all named Einstein, Feynman, Da Vinci and so forth. The only three generations of pro athletes are named Wilson.

Mike Reilly's bona fides were a lot better than Willy's when the Esks signed him.

Tearing it up on the basketball court, apparently. That may be overstating his case. I have no doubt that pro basketball pays a lot better than the CFL with a lot less chance of being pancaked by a 300 lb lineman.

Nailed it.

I agree that Willy has shown potential but the sample size is too small for a massive raise. The only way might be to build in performance bonuses.
