Considering that the lowly Alouettes beat the mighty Stampeders lately, it isn't that much of a stretch to think that the Hamsters might knock off the Esks. Not likely, but possible.

And if I had a dollar for every woman who didn't find me attractive, pretty soon, they would.

Are you referring to Speedflex or the Argos?

And Washington hasn't covered himself with glory, either.

The Stamps are due for a breakout game. They do not look as intimidating as last year, but most of the pieces are still there and they still have Bo Levi and Huffer. I'm thinking that the Riders are going to mutilated. Plus folded and spindled.

That is a potential problem. Porter seemed to be a gamer, though.

Durant is better than he has shown thus far. He is in a new system in a patchwork team and coaching, so a familiarization period is likely. Lets see how he is doing at Labour Day.

You can fool all of the people some of the time...

Yeah, because it affects memory and.....something else...

Sounds fishy.

For the millionth time, do not use hyperbole!!!

I do not see the potential you apparently see. It looks to be a sore spot for the BC Pussycats all season.

Dressler by himself will not win us many games, and Denmark has been largely invisible so far this year. Ergo, the Bombers need another deep threat to take the pressure off Dressler. Adams may turn out to be a great receiver in the future, but we need help now.

Maybe so, but we need a dangerous receiver now, not in 2 or 3 years' time.

With the exception of Dressler and maybe Denmark, the Bomber receivers don't scare many people, and that includes Adams. We need better performances from the lot. Sooner or later, the opposition will take Dressler away and then we will be boned if no one else steps up.

I suspect that the reffing is a bout the same as it always has been, but now there are so many replay angles that any mistake the officials make is magnified and replayed over and over. That said, I do not know what the answer is, but it appears that the C'Mon center has made a few horrible decisions.

BC is basically toying with the 'Cats at this point. Hamilton seems to be way short on talent, injuries or no injuries, and the team knows it.

Eskies have to have the best set of receivers in the league, and Reilly might be the best QB right now.

Its pronounced "Julian".

Its still going to take a game or two for the revamped D-line to gel, but the linebacking alignment looked better last night.

No. No. No.

I thought I heard that but immediately discounted it as impossible.

Shocker in Montreal- Calgary looked very ordinary as did Mitchell. Montreal has good receivers and Durant looks like he is getting comfortable there.

As nice as it was to win last night, and desperately needed, neither Adams nor Washington should sign long-term leases on apartments. It wasn't a banner game for Denmark, either. We need better from our import receivers, but Feoli-Gudino looked like he belongs in the CFL despite a dropped pass.

The weird thing is that I fully expected to see the Argos go right at Hurl and Carmichael but they didn't. I thought that Trestman would make that a big part of the game plan.
