I've always hated Ricky Foley. Such a clueless idiot. Not to mention when he attempted to take shots at Milt a couple of years ago. No kidding there. Foley is a ******. What an idiot. Hope he gets fined or suspended without pay for his threats. Which I'm sure he'll say they are not threats... He'll be in jail a year after he retires or gets cut. He's dumber than Jovon, Hef & Bstew combined with their twitter stupidity.

Richardson could be used like what the Bombers did with Kashama before (pegged as starter but actually rotating with Mainor. Richardson rotates on the the strong-side DE with Tate... while Thomas rotates with Anderson on the DT. If we go 3NI OL then we pretty much have to do this.

Neufeld at MLB! A 300 pound MLB will sure be interesting! Etch is taking his insanity up a level! I'm sure he meant RT for Neufeld. Maybe he miss spelled and meant Newman at MLB?? Which wouldn't work out well imo. I'd like to see us start 4 NI on the OL. If we're lucky enough to have some progression from our NI OL we could go January or Jones at LT, then Greaves at LG, Goosen or Morley at C, Morley or Swistun at RG, then Neufeld or Pencer at RT. Look...we're going to suck this year (most likely anyway) so why not throw the Canadian Hogs out there and see who develops. We have 1 reliable CDN WR (Rory) and one very good CDN WR in Watson but he isn't reliable health wise (as everyone on here already knows). Add that to us not having any CDN difference makers on D at all and we're struggling to field 7 quality NI starters. Alexander will have to start somewhere on D. (I prefer to see him at field corner as I'd like to have some scary hitter at Safety)

At best a back up that can play maybe 10-15 snaps a game. So basically Ryan Lucas was going to be our MVP this season. They had already started engraving his name on the trophy. Drama club is out for summer. The Bombers will improve their team this year. They will find enough talented import players who will make us better. They will pick up some NI players who will make us better. NI's make up half the team. Upgrading that part to contender status will take more than one season. This was true a month ago, long before Lucas got hurt, long before the draft. We won't be lucky to win 6 games this year, we will be good enough to win 6 games this year in a much tougher division. Maybe 7. Maybe 8. No drama at all. I'm just calling it like it is. We are not a good football team. you'll see. No Lucas wasn't going to be our MVP, of course not. just commenting on how pathetically weak our Canadian players are over all. And no one can argue that fact. If you do, you're ... well ... nuts or very high on something.

We already are in big trouble! We were in big trouble before any injuries happened... Watson (as much as I love him) has proven to be completely unreliable in terms of health. And now the team with the least amount of CDN talent gets worse. I see that Etienne Legare is still a FA. Wouldn't he be a decent fill in for this year if we cannot get anyone else?? Or take a chance on Forzani. he has to be better than one of our other guys...isn't he? And that ain't saying much. We are going to be lucky to win 6 games

The 10% salary increase is totally not feasible!! Who gets 10% increases each year on minimum salaries?? That is a recipe to go Bankrupt for the struggling teams anyway. Not so much the western teams...but teams with lower attendance like Hammy, Toronto and prob eventually Ottawa it could be a problem.

I'm one of the cancelled tickets (4 of them). I hadn't left a home game early since I was a little kid that didn't know any better...but last year...3 games, left early. Season finale we were gone at the half and only went to see the 1988 cup team at half time otherwise that first qtr was enough for me to say **** this I'm done with these losers until they earn my $$ again. Never thought I would ever ever say this kind of stuff but enough was enough! I do give the bombers ticket staff props for actually asking me why I wasn't renewing. I may not go to single home game this year as a result. I am going to the Thanksgiving day game in Edmonton though.

I expect us to not get our assess handed to us at home multiple times this year. Speaking of getting our asses kicked at home...I wonder what the season ticket count is at right now. Haven't heard anything about it.

IMO Coach Mike made a BIG mistake by declaring Drew the Starter. I really want to like O'shea but really why did he say that? That, IMO is worse than when Kelly declared Lefors the starter. At least Lefors started a preseason game before Kelly made his declaration...

Why is that? He's no bigger than the normal OL. Either he's good enough or not. He's actually smaller than most of our OL. Height wise anyway & it's not like he's a huge 330-340 pounder

The only things changing the o-line now that I can see: 1) Draft day we get Lavertu so now we at least have a center to develop 2) Swiston and Pencer pick it up in camp and legitimately push for starting positions, including a tackle spot 3) We bring in a decent Oline coach who can develop our young guys properly. I've seen only regression in our O-line while other teams seem to be able to develop young guys into bonafide starters. This has to change. We really really need all of those to happen. Maybe one of them comes true. Hoping for #2

Why does everyone forget this game???? This was the worst game I went to in Winnipeg. 3 minutes into the 2nd half, I went to the store, then walked to my car. Nov 2, Hamilton 37, Wpg 7 Name Comp Att Yards TD Int HALL, M 18 35 160 0 1 The whole team had given up by that point. It was a nothing game and everyone played like it. It was an absolute disgrace & a slap in every fans face. Big part of my decision to cancel my season tickets. I have NEVER left a game at halftime but I did that day. Only went and stayed until halftime because I wanted to see some of my heros from the 88 cup team at half time. James Murphy and James West.
