I have to be honest, Dickensons tantrum and the fact our staff has earned the nickname "Canadian Mafia" has really endeared me in a strange way to our current regime. There's no denying that they've built a strong culture and you'd think that success can't be far off. We won a playoff game this year, and in SSK no less. That was good. But we all need more. A lot more. Not just a Cup appearance either. This team needs a championship.

I'm inclined to agree, with the caveat that there must be some sort of progress. There has been progress with the Canadian Mafia, and it would be beyond stupid to ransack our regime at this point.

I don't like MOS as a coach, especially early on. But we've become pot committed to him. He's developed and learned from SOME of his mistakes, but also keeps making some loyalty based decisions that harm the team. Lapolice sucks, and needs to go. His play calling is abysmal and predictable. Hall seemingly has turned around the defense and I would find it difficult to justify terminating him. I wouldn't lose sleep over it either. So where does that leave us? Honestly no clue I feel like the entire staff is likely to come back. 2019 has to be put up or shut up time for this group, doesn't it?

Can we debate the same thing? During that 3 decades we had Khari Jones and Milt Stegall, and one of the most prolific passing attacks in our league history. Kevin Glenn was a legit starter. I was specific about not wanting to wander the QB wasteland. As a 38 year old man, believe me, I am painfully aware of our teams shortcomings championship wise. I would amputate a foot for a Grey Cup if I could.

I can't take people seriously who will demand a change at QB, unless that change is Mike Reilly. The CFL is at all time low for QB quality, and I'd rather not wander the desert for a decade like we did pre Nichols thanks. We need better people at receiver (Matthews would have been nice) and we need an upgrade on the defensive line.
