  1. From being at the Game Fredrick got beat a couple times bad, the throws were missed but make that a real game and they were big plays. Fogg is back and healthy and Carmichael played better than Fredrick all around. Other guys that were noticeable in a good way were Lankford: Got open lots, made some very contested catches and moved well after the catch. Also looks good on the return. Roberson: Will push Flanders, hit the holes hard, has a next gear, has some size, blocked well in protection and returns well. A couple times it was if he beat one guy he was gone. LeFevour: By far the best looking QB in the game, looked off receivers and hit a couple of really tight window passes Menard-Briere: has a leg on him, missed a FG but after that settled down Other news, Butcher is a Giant
  2. I swear buck was pushing for the starting position again.
  3. I am not talking kids playing soccer, I am talking 20-30 year old men playing and filling fields.
  4. I am not a soccer fan. But comparing the Fury attendance to anything today is a fools game. Soccer's popularity in Canada has grown in leaps and bounds since the late 80's early 90's. Even out here in Regina on a nice day go to the University and see 2 full fields of people playing from morning to night and with that there is always people waiting to get on the field. It is the same at the park by my house.
  5. Even when I was playing in highschool, we had fall practices with a couple of preseason games. Regular season during winter. Then comes Playoffs in "early" spring. Then regionals in spring to end of school year and summer basketball camps and also summer time conditioning at the school. It was close to a second full time job.
  6. Ok, still the same, they did not show enough to compete vs whoever else was at camp
  7. They had to show enough to be able to compete with Denmark, Dressler, Adams and Stafford. They obviously didn't
  8. The other thing about a guy like Lankford is that he has already learned the waggle, knows the CFL field and rules and now after being cut hopefully he comes into another camp hungry and wanting to prove SK wrong. Sounds like a no lose situation for the Blue because if he does not do well you cut him. As for Denmark as much as I love the guy there is no room for him unless we move Ryan Smith or Dressler as we have the under 6' receiver position locked up.
  9. I think making it so slow motion can only be used to determine if a receiver was out of bounds, if the ball was fumbled and for the spot of the ball not for PI, it should have to be decided through live action speed because so much can be called PI through slowing it down frame by frame.
  10. I watched a whole game on TSNgo streaming and it was 650mb
  11. I have a feeling that the riders will win the last game in Taylor Field next week.
  12. Kieren had reportedly ran a 4.29 at one pro day and a 4.37 at another. Boy has speed to burn

  14. WINNIPEG, MB., September 27, 2016 – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has added International receivers Kieren Duncan and Quinshad Davis to the practice roster. Duncan (5-10, 180, Colorado State Pueblo, Oct. 12, 1993 in Goodyear, AZ) played four seasons with the ThunderWolves, where he had success both as a receiver and returner. As a senior, Duncan was All-RMAC First Team Offense and First Team Kick Returner. That year, he totaled 512 yards on kick returns with an average of 30.1 yards per return. He also added 36 catches for 622 yards and six touchdowns. Davis (6-3, 215, North Carolina, May 14, 1994 in Gaffney, SC) played four seasons with the Tar Heels, starting 47 of his 52 games. He finished his college career with a school record 205 catches for over 2,600 yards. His 25 touchdowns is also University of North Carolina school record. He attended camp with the Detroit Lions in 2016.
  15. They are both from Montreal so it is quite likely.
  16. Not sure they are still complaining about the 93 conference finals.....
  17. He also has his name of the Stanley Cup too as an owner. One of the few to have both grey cup and stanley cup rings.
  18. Since I live here, I will be going and cheering on the Big Blue
