I just want to mention I’m impressed by Nic Demski. He’s gotten better every year and this year his route running looks smoother. I remember watching him in high school and thinking he was incredible as a running back. Even in the CFL he was more of a change of pace jack of all trades guy but I seen him as a legitimate threat catching the football. Really happy to see the home town kid balling out.

We have the benefit of having guys who have played together for a long time already together.

Pretty lousy game. Riders looked terrible in the second half. I wouldn’t be too happy with their performance. If it wasn’t for BC’s terrible kicker BC likely would have stole that game away from the riders and that was with a QB who was clearly injured and could not throw the ball.

We were spoiled having an automatic 3 with Medlock. A kicker can make or break a game.

Idiotic move putting in their injured Qb down by three plus scores. Especially when the offence was finally getting started under Rourke.

He brought us a cup I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. The only problem I have is keeping him healthy.

He has a better arm then bucks but not as quick! Otherwise I had some of the same thoughts lol

I was a fan of Nichols but he wouldn’t be able to make half the throws ZC made tonight.

Might not be the best QB in the cfl but what a difference it makes having a guy that can move around in the pocket and make a throw down field. We haven’t had that in a long time.

D line was ferrous against a mobile veteran QB excited to see them play this year.

Love that this has been pretty much the only cooler day all summer. Suppose to be about 20 degrees and sunny at kick off. Can’t ask for much better weather for football then that. None of this 30 plus weather we’ve had all summer! Should be a great day for football.

Probably a good idea after what happened in Saskatchewan.

I met John Rush in the fall. Really nice guy. We chatted a little about football and his situation. I got the feeling from our discussion that he would love to come back if there was a contract offered but looks like they’re ready to move on.

Brady looks fine actually, really good for 43. 25 touchdowns and 9 INT, and having Tampa relevant for the first time in over 15 years. He has started to slow down a bit and that was apparent last season, you put a 33 year old Brady, heck even a 40 year old Brady in Tampa and they’re likely undefeated at this point he has started to slow down a bit and that was apparent last season.
