Yeah me either, especially not Marve, Sunseri's arm is much weaker, and even when he has had time, his long range accuracy has been terrible.  Plus I tend to think he gets the deer in the headlights syndrome based on what I seen in his games.  I also like the way Marve has been developing and think his ceiling is way higher.
 
As to Goltz, I'm not calling for him back, but I'm not all that surprised that he seems to be doing better in Edmonton.  Playing for incompetent coaches can make you look way worse than you are and may not always reflect the best of your abilities.  Simpson I believe had some nagging injuries in 2013, plus having that bad O-line in front of him didn't help either.  But I always thought he was decent.
 
As to the other game, I know many people disagree on this point, but I think the Redblacks really do have a coaching problem.  I know it's not the only thing, I think Hank's age is just too far up there and he just isn't seeing the field like he used to, and he won't be playing much longer either, but even if it is only preseason, I just don't feel any different vibes coming out of there or anything that says that team is going to be improved.  I could be wrong, but if I was a Redblack fan, I don't like what I'm seeing period going on over there right now and it reflects poorly on the coaches.
 
And for those who put this squarely on Marcel D, I'd hate working for or with that guy too, he's certainly proven he's an idiot before, but I'm looking at the here and now and blame Campbell and his staff because the referendum was to go out and get more or better talent onto that roster and especially fix those WR problems.  Desjardins did that and even Schultz said the Redblacks have more talent on that team this year, so someone in the front office did their job.  But when results pile up on that field in trainwreck fashion like they have been even with upgrades, there's a coaching problem.  I don't see anything playing out much differently than last year for them and Rick Campbell's rope is going to run out I'm willing to bet.

But that's on the players more than the officials. When you look at the penalties that were called, there were 10 holding calls, 9 offside/procedure calls, 4 illegal blocks and 5 unnecessary roughness/face mask/roughing the passer calls. 
 
In this game there were 7 illegal contact and 5 forward pass interference penalties called. In the other 4 pre-season games combined there have been 9 illegal contact and 9 forward pass interference penalties called (6 of the FPI calls came in our game in Toronto).
 
So far in the pre-season, the Riders/Esks game has been the exception, not the norm.

Way too early to tell how BC will do. Road pre-season game, co-ordinators not on the field but up in the booth, Cortez running the most vanilla of offenses, before the 65 man cut down day. They didn't show any of their TE formations. 
 
They played 3 Internationals on the OL; Matt Norman/Dean Valli didn't play more than the first drive. Harris, Iannuzzi and Gore didn't play, even Collie didn't play a ton. Cord Parks didn't play much, Elimimian and Bighill didn't play.
 
The biggest questions for the Lions is can Lulay go from day 1 and will he last the season. With a healthy Lulay I think they are a 11-7 team. If they are stuck with John Beck (and if he's actually healthy) they are a 7 or 8 win team. Their first team defense is playoff worthy.

I don't understand the thought that there's no cameras at the games. There's at least 4 cameras at every field just for the in stadium jumbotron coverage. 
 
The NLL used to broadcast games on YouTube using the jumbotron coverage plus volunteer commentators.

Once upon a time some doofus created a point tallying system for defensive players to try and create a way to compare a LB that makes a bunch of tackles in run support to a DB that makes a pair of tackles and a play on a pass to a DT that sacked a QB once. I'm not a fan.

North America and Japan + a few select European nations are the leaders in women's sports. This will be a good draw in Canada and a benefit for the communities lucky enough to have facilities to host. It's a shame that we didn't get more facilities built out of this but maybe after this goes well it will happen in the future. 
 
As for the Bomber camp I'm sure they will accommodate the fans in some regard. 
 
Question for the board: Would you pay a nominal fee to get better access than previous years? Would you donate $5 to the Bombers Fund to stand on the sidelines? 

This is what fan boards should be about. Take advantage of the current social media landscape and let the team know.
