"The Biggest Little Farm follows two dreamers and their beloved dog when they make a choice that takes them out of their tiny L.A. apartment and into the countryside to build one of the most diverse farms of its kind in complete coexistence with nature. The film chronicles their near decade-long attempt to create the utopia they seek, planting 10,000 orchard trees, hundreds of crops, and bringing in animals of every kind– including an unforgettable pig named Emma and her best friend, Greasy the rooster. When the farm’s ecosystem finally begins to reawaken, their plan to create perfect harmony takes a series of wild turns, and to survive they realize they'll have to reach a far greater understanding of the intricacies and wisdom of nature, and of life itself."
Heard an interview with the farmers/documentarians this morning on NPR and it's an amazing story.  Beautifully shot as well.

You're not alone.  I prefer spidey to be more down to earth so to speak.  Just give him a regular damn suit.  And stop trying to make him into Iron Man v2.0.

I might be alone in this but I dislike the "iron" spider-man.  Too high tech.

Read an article this morning about Cap going back for Peggy. It was an interesting idea that Cap is her husband all along and they have kids together but, after the time travel, he's just an ordinary guy who ages, albeit a little slower because of the serum.

There were so many storylines to wrap up and I thought they did a good job of it. Where Infinity War encompassed all the MCU, this was a core Avengers movie, or that's the way it felt.
I feel satisfied. Thor was the best, always is.

Rian Johnson is simply a self important douchenozzle. Guy thinks he's better than doing what everyone expects, but if you're making Star Wars the point is that you gotta give the fans what they want. You want to go subvert expectations go make your own movie and don't **** all over beloved characters and movies.

Luke did exactly the same thing that Obi-Wan did at the end of Star Wars.  He sacrificed himself while using the Force to trick and distract his opponent and enabled the next generation of heroes to get away. Totally a classic old Jedi thing to do.
Jedis are supposed to use the Force to defend -- never to attack.  The one time we saw the Jedi going on the offense as warriors and generals was the Clone Wars.  How did that turn out for them?

I enjoyed Solo.  Thought it was a good take on the character.  SW8 was just pure crap.  Just like Frosty said, as soon as he threw away the lightsaber I knew something was wrong.

Almost impossible to recover after Luke threw the lightsaber away at the beginning.

I agree. rogue one was great.
Luke not acting like Luke.  Snoke. Rey’s parentage.  The casino plot just didn’t belong at all.  The Mary Poppins Leia scene. Side lining her for a new character that was basically just her.  The slow motion chase through space.
It was awful from beginning to end.

There was more to dislike about 8 than just Luke. Throwing out Snoke, Reys's parents, Leia floating in space etc. Plus the whole Casino planet session that added little but took so much time.
I liked Rogue One a lot. It's too bad they all got killed off, but it does make sense from a continuity standpoint.

I enjoyed Solo and thought it was a good movie.    The only reason 8 sucked was because they made Luke a whiny baby and killed him off.    Rogue One IMO was light years better then both.

I have a feeling that The Rise of skywalker will have a double meaning. And I think it will relate to the creation of the Skywalker’s in the first place
so the rise will be about Anakin and then also about Rey.  She’s a creation of Palps. And maybe her “parents” were nobodies in the same way anakin’s mother was a nobody. But his “father” was Palps And I think Rey was created by Palps too maybe with Skywalker DNA.
Rian wanted to subvert the idea of the Skywalkers being special. But I don’t think that works in the saga.  The reason the Skywalkers are special is because they were created by the force itself. Undermining that just to be different was a huge mistake by Rian.

Marvel studios and kevin feige didnt want to fire him, I always knew he would be back cause that whole franchise is Gunns baby. No way they do a third without him and no way Disney gives up that kind of money. The Mouse loves money more than anything.

why is that hard to believe? Guy made a bunch of nobody characters into a profitable and popular franchise. You know what Disney loves more than pretending to care about their image? Money.

I don't know of too many people who watch because the amount of Canadians...also most I know could care less about ratio if it was reduced..or totally abandoned...and I feel the same way and thats coming from a former "Canadian" by birth player.
I prefer to see the best players play..regardless of where they are from to be honest, but that being said I would keep the ratio to some extent if it ever came down to a decision, and would be all for a 2 on offence and 2 on defense scenario as you would get the best of the best in the Canadian talent pool. I would also lobby for each team having to carry a minimum of 5 Canadians on their PR to develop.
Don't think it is fair to the ticket buying fans to have to watch players like the Brock Ralphs of the world start on an offence when a stud American who can excite the heck out of a crowd, be cut loose soley due to ratio...grass roots ball would not diminish nor would Usports....it's no different in Hockey when they opened up the draft to europeans and Russians to get on NHL rosters...hockey in the U.S and Canada didn't wilt because the opportunities to play were lessened..all it did was make the quality of the NHL player exponentially better...and fans in Canada continued to follow their teams...same would happen in football...I would make an extra effort to come see a former Heisman candidate, or ex NCAA star player play than watching an unknown Canadian kid who played CIS ball, and not spectacularly just because he is Canadian
