Absolutely glorious night! The refs even were giving the Riders everything (tonnes of holding on their last series) and also how in the world was the field not littered with flags on that last kickoff? Even Suitor brought up that they had like 5 forward laterals!

Holy **** is Montreal bad..... the moment they got the interception and started cheering like they won the grey cup nearly every single play they have took a steaming dump on the field. So many bad drops and missed tackles. Absolutely terrible team. Can't even make routine catches.

This is one deal that I think we definitely did not win... a little bit rich for a 1 year salary dump guy who other teams *should* be interested in.

I only watched the 4th quarter but I was glad to see Streveler play with some fire in his eyes at the end. He was not like the long list of backups who looked completely defeated and hopeless out on the field after being down by 21.

Same thing happened to Stubler.... the bend but don't break defense just doesn't work at all these days....

Staple of the Hall defense... it is painful to watch. I do miss the aggressiveness of the Nelson defense we had way back when....

Winnipeg police get an obscene amount of OT for events but mostly blame the justice system with the sheer amount of baby sitting the Winnipeg police have to do on so many lower end criminals. RCMP salary jumps rapidly because it's near impossible to recruit anyone anymore at that salary with the massive amount of sacrifices the officers have to make with moving every 2- 3 years and working in the middle of nowhere. The OT they accrue is because of the massive shortage of staff they have.

Winnipeg has the same problem, lots of people I know only care about the NFL. What has helped generate more interest is that they are making the night out much more then only watching football.

Morrow was a very nice pick up, great depth / injury fill in player. Zero issues with that guy coming back.
