I have not done a long trip like this before. Just into birds hill for a night or two. My friend I will be going with went to Sault St. Marie last year. The plan is to camp it overnights, there are pretty decent spaced out rest areas near towns in case we need supplies.

So it has been in my mind for awhile now, and I think I've convince one friend so far. I'm thinking about taking a 5-6 day bike tour from Winnipeg to Regina for LDC 2014. If anyone else here is down with that kind of thing, it would be awesome to have some more company on the trip. For the rest of you, feel free to tell me I'm crazy.

Half Pints Bulldog Amber is probably my go-to beer. If I'm out somewhere I'll usually order something Rickards a red or a white, or maybe a Keiths Red, or a Hoegarden. I don't like overly bitter beers, I like something with a clean aftertaste, but I'll drink a bottle of anything once.

About half my friends are beer snobs, half like anything cold with alcohol in it. Myself I prefer a wheat/white beer, or a red/amber larger. Or in some cases I just want to get ******* wasted so I get the vancouver island suitcase pack of 15 cans of lucky lager and let'er rip.

Just got into my new house, first time I've had a house with a finished basement and a bar. Advise me, beer drinkers, on what I should stock the fridge with. (preferably things I can buy in singles as I don't drink much beer, it's mostly to have on hand when I have people over)
