Considering he is playing the least out of the three, I'd be surprised if he is the one that gets protected.

Worman is being pursued for a player personnel role, not an on field coaching role. Perhaps Walters wants autonomy on player decisions next year if retained in the current role, which he obviously did not have with Mack.

He's credible. The guy is a ****** more often than not when it comes to his opinions, but he doesn't spew crap when it comes to rumors, potential hirings, etc.

I dunno, at least 2 of those TDs, the receiver was wide open (like 10 yards wide open) Banjo wasn't working. They were getting all tied up on who was supposed to take the inside or outside routes, that's what the Argos were exploiting. Really should have flipped to a more passive zone and force Ray to make a throw. If you really think that would have worked, clearly you were playing zero attention to what happened when the Argos were at IGF back in July.

Curious as to why you feel that way? Because he's a big fat *******, plain and simple. I don't care if our future GM weighs 600 pounds and makes Don Matthews look like a saint. If he wins, that's more than enough.

Would be great to see if something could get done. I know a lot of people on here were saying it was a longshot he'd be here anytime soon since he fit in well with Oakland. Things quickly change, here's hoping something positive comes of it for us.

Hall should definitely get an invite. If he's a number 2 or 3 next year I'm more than fine with that. You need your backup to have potential to steal you a game, or keep you competitive in a game when you QB1 isn't available. With the right players and system (both of which are severely lacking right now) I feel he can absolutely do that.

I'm not advocating for or against Tate, but QB's past and current both in the CFL and NFL are not shy to rip into their teammates when deserved, and it does them no harm. Manning, and Brady immediately come to mind, and I remember on a number of occasions Matt Dunigan being animated with members of his team on the sideline, and he had a stellar career. If you don't like Tate because of his injury history, or the way he plays - fine, to each their own, but to come to that conclusion based on what's been mentioned in the thread so far is beyond just a little silly.

That's basically what we did. Neufeld for a 2nd rounder & Hall for a 4th rounder. Your previous post allowed for the fact that Neufeld & a 2nd rounder are equal value, so what's the problem? no sadly that's just more spin. No where is this trade being reported as Neufeld traded, Hall is the biggest part of this trade, he was traded for the o-lineman, but Walters couldn't pull the trigger on just that, he had to bend to Taman and add to make it happen. I don't think Neufeld for a 2nd is a good trade either for the record. Neufeld to me is something we already have on the roster. Well Walters does and said as much in his presser, saying that we would not get someone with that pick that Neufeld already brings. He also said that had he made it to free agency, he would have been the team's number one target, so obviously they are high on him and see things in him and given the way Walters knows Canadian players, forgive me if I side with him on this one.

The Kelly offense was able to now and again have good performances. The home opener, Fred Reid's game against B.C. comes to mind (Bernard also went over 100 that game) and the Thanksgiving game in Hamilton immediately come to mind. This is way worse, not even close.

They'll target the right guy and make sure he's taken care of. Write Dickenson a blank cheque, I don't care what it costs.

Really? Coaching doesn't matter? Reilly had two years in BC. Collaros has Milanovich, Maas, Brady and Ray who all played in the CFL at QB. You think that doesn't make a difference in terms of developing a QB? 2 of our offensive coaches are in their first CFL job as a coach or player, the other 2 are Howell and Bellefeuille, essentially a rookie and a coach with a so-so record as both an OC and head coach, and no track record of developing quarterbacks, other than failed ones. Mostly leaned on scrapped vets like Marcus Crandell and Kevin Glenn. Well said, which in part is why us going after Collaros worries me a little bit as he has a great staff around him, and we don't know who our next coach will be. Of course, if we're lucky and it happens to be Dickenson, then I don't think there is anything to worry about.
