    I thought the refs kind of screwed us there. Harris got out of bounds but the clock kept running for some reason. That didn't make any sense to me.

    how are the Knights so good at getting US talent? The Jets should have somehow helped out Hawerchuk and got Roslovic onto the Barrie Colts. Rather see Barrie win than London all the time.

    I think Brendan Lemieux and Petan could both surprise in camp this year. According to people I know who went to Moose games last year, Lemieux was lighting it up when he came in after his OHL team was eliminated from the playoffs.

    can't wait to see our #1 PP with Laine on the point. That quick release from the point should net a lot of PP goals this year.

    that was just a rumor. If they did offer Trouba that kind of cash, and the Jets let him go, Boston would owe Winnipeg four first round picks. No one is dumb enough to do that deal. That's the difference. RFA's cost you big if you sign one, which is why RFA's rarely move teams.

    I don't get the Islanders. Why not resign Okposo rather than pay Ladd for seven years going into his downward spiral? I don't get the Canucks signing Louie either. Makes no sense. Oh well, glad we're not involved. Anyone think the Jets may go after Hamhuis?
