    E courses have very limited effectiveness. They work fine for the strong and motivated students but weak and passive kids do not stand a chance in that learning environment. In Manitoba we call them Web CT courses and they are used on a limited basis in remote areas - the pass rate is around 20%.

    Which is just one of the reasons I stopped watching the NFL. They have superior talent but produce an inferior product.
