    I doubt the league can afford to set that precedence. There'd be half a dozen hats extended, in 2026.

    There isn't a lot of CFL opinion that's worth reading. Tait is good, although only for one team. Costabile on cfl.ca is decent, but the rest of that site is slim pickings. The only other writer who comes to mind is Zurkowsky in Montreal.

    I agree. A healthy QB doesn't throw most of those picks. Philpot was open but he underthrew him.
