It's not quite that simple. Vaccinated people who visit places where there is a heavy viral load, are still going to pick up the virus and get sick. Those places in all parts of the province, including Winnipeg. And, plenty of people from the North and the South visit Winnipeg Some people will never get vaxxed. Covid will eventually find its way into those pockets, and literally wreak havoc.

I'd be hesitant about a coordinator where the HC is still making most of the calls.

BLM might recover the way Calvillo did, if they stop trotting him out when he shouldn't even be dressed.

No kidding - since when does Parades miss 3 field goals?

And the real masterminds behind all the crap - are raking it in and laughing their butts off. It's 99% click bait.

The same plays always work...just like Novacaine.

I'd say Toronto.

It seems to come to a point where the image of being a professional organization can no longer be projected - regardless of how competent an individual may be otherwise. And this type of 'shut down reaction' will often reinforce the unfounded beliefs of that individual - 'they are coming for me now, just as predicted.' One day they'll see that there's no rabbits in the hole and no light at the end of the end of the tunnel - by then the damage will be done.

I think so too, but I don't think they have the pass pro to compete with our D. If Faj tries to run, the human missle Bighill could have something to say about it.

^^ These people exist in all walks of life, and in all cultures. When you have medical professionals and educators who will lose their job rather than get jabbed or take rapid tests, it's pretty damn hard to convince a hesitant lay person to get vaccinated. They see it when they or someone else gets really sick, when it's usually too late.

They played outside.

All the media coverage says he was detained and then released the next day.

True. I meant that she returned safely to her seat, each time. -

Banjo Bowl - not sure which year - my weird experiences - in several sentences: Guy sitting next to me in end zone kept saying over and over - 'the running back needs to push forward more, he could gain an extra yard each time.' Guy right behind me kept saying - 'they don't need a new stadium.' Lady sitting on the other side of me, wearing heeled boots (lol), kept going for beer. It was rather impressive, how she kept making it back up the stairs. Last play - the Bombers needed field goal range to kick for the win: Perfect view of this play from the end zone - Kevin Glenn locked in on Milt Stegall all the way down the field. He threw into the end zone, right in to the arms of whoever the Riders' safety was. -
I was recently told by a public health nurse who came to vaccinate students - that with two jabs there's still a 50% chance of contracting the virus, but a 90 - 95% chance that you will have only mild symptoms. The exceptions would be people with a third jab or people who have had covid previously, and are double vaxxed. The determining factors are viral load and length of exposure.

DL was ranked PUSH, but that's moot even if true, because our OL is worlds better. I am surprised they didn't call the return game a PUSH or give the Riders the edge - but as he said - penalties.

Or for the anti-vax crowd - how immunity was achieved. -
^^ That data must be with a third jab, not with two.

I'm picking the Argos because they are better in the trenches. Hammy has a great DL, OL not so much. Masoli is not that much better than MBT.

Darvin will do what he did in the GC - bet he's in their heads already.

The availability of rapid tests is also a factor.

I am already going stir crazy - will be uber ready for a Bomber game on Sunday!

I have had a positive covid test. Being double-vaxxed I had just mild symptoms, but they fit the description, so I got tested. It started on Friday & I am 80% better already. It literally felt like I couldn't get enough air, on Saturday night. If that had gotten worse or persisted, it would have been a miserable experience. Now I'm just going to go crazy, sitting at home until next Monday. If there are any fence - sitters here...get VAXXED.

Indeed. But I don't think ZC will make the kind of throws we saw most of yesterday. And I don't think the Riders can cover both Lawler and Demski - they'll have to pick their poison. I am most concerned about turnovers on special teams - that's the only way I can see the Riders having a chance.

The game recaps on cfl.ca - make them look a lot more exciting than they were.
