That was the first game after 9/11 vs Edmonton. IIRC it was played on a Monday night. One of the most intense regular season games I’ve seen live.

I was just saying to a buddy how these horrible commentators make the games nearly unwatchable.

Out-schemed I suppose would have been the better phrase. It’s not like I think we have a technically poor coaching staff, but letting 2 essentially rookie QB’s control the game has to have something to do with schematics.

The most concerning thing is being solidly outcoached 2 games in a row.

The D looks pretty bad. Rookie QB 16/16 to start the game. Crap call overturning a Lawler TD. Bomber receivers have another 26 drops. I hate to pick on the dude but McKnight is one of the most useless players I’ve seen in a while

What was the bad reffing people are talking about? I was only able to listen at work, so I missed parts. Something about a bad call on an Adams “non-catch”?

Had to work through this game, I’m glad I had that shift now. Classic summer stinker out east. It happens. Still, O play calling was uninspired at best, and for christ sake can we not find anyone that can catch the football?

1. Collaros. Looks as good or better than he ever did. 2. Jefferson- Tips, pressure and just all over force of energy as usual. 3. Nichols- Laid some monster hits. HH- Briggs & Gauthier. Career ST guys taking meaningful reps at LB and not looking out of place.
