Just got 3 more tickets to the game on top of my two season tickets. Whole family coming out for the first time together to enjoy the West Final. Then off to the Jets game for the daily double!

Saskatchewan's entire thing for several seasons now is that they win games they oughtn't with talent that oughtn't win games. I mean, ****, they are 24-8 with Fajardo starting.  A .750 win percentage is up in Bo Levi territory.
Given the recent history between the two sides I feel good about our chances but the Riders are a team that defies all reason, a vortex of green madness and insanity with demonically good luck, they seem to get a lot of breaks...makes me just a bit nervous.

I give absolutely zero f’s about the loss. Houston blew the coverage on the td. Brown played like garbage. They stacked the box vs our run bc Brown couldn’t throw. Should’ve been a face mask against Darby at end. Castillo and Zach were great. To lose like that will just fire up d. Don’t forget Biggie and Jefferson out at the end.

Watched the game on PVR this morning and a few things were evident:
If Collaros goes down, we are boned.
Meier was better than Mitchell, who was barely better than Brown.
Neither Brown nor McGuire are going to be the Next Big Thing in quarterbacking but both deserve another shot, just not this year.
Calgary has some very good receivers, but their O-line is poop.
Bomber O-line is awesome.
Augustine had a GREAT outing, but his O-line opened holes I could have gotten good yardage through, bum leg and all.
As usual, the zebras had a rough night. I felt for the Bomber D-line- time to put Vaseline on their Jerseys?
It was a frustrating game to watch, If the Bombers had a half-decent backup QB, the game would have been out of reach by halftime.
Except for that one Calgary pass, the Bomber defence was its usual stout self. They deserved better.
 
 

Stamps gonna lose to Sask next weekend and Sask lose to us on Dec 5. Mark it. 

On the drive home from McMahon now. Stamps are ****. This was their GC tonight. They'll lose to Sask next week for sure. They needed our 3rd string D to march at all against us. Maier is better than Bo but thankfully the Stamps done seem to know it. 

Silver lining… people are starting to doubt the bombers now… good, I hope there’s a a lot of media saying “the bombers aren’t as good as we thought”… I want that to get our guys fired up…

I heard the Riders were going to rest the crossbars this week as they were also tired of getting hit. 

I wouldn't give up on McGuire,   shitty weather + one team playing to get home field while the other team playing back ups and without the foot on the pedal.... 

**** 'em...if by some chance we meet 'em Dec 12, we'll absolutely paste those assholes. 

Hardrick played about a series or two and was out. We then lost the starting LT so we're down to a 3rd string. Again, Guards out on the island playing Tackle. It was a dog's breakfast. That's just ONE of the things working against him. The soaking wet ball didn't help at all. The running game never got going, so that makes them one dimensional. 
Listen, I'm not going to say that McGuire is a misunderstood all star out there today, but I think people are WILDLY over reacting.....

He's been much better than the first start. But he still can't handle big speed rushes off his edge. Which isn't a surprise he is a guard. When guys try and bull rush him or take a tight angle on him he's been very good. Going guard to tackle is extremely hard and few ol would do as well as he has. He deserves his props for that.  
Excited to see mcguire start. Surprised too. Wouldn't have bet on it this week. Excited to see Brown get some looks too.
