If that was the real reason why he wouldn't sign then the kid is a  moron and I wouldn't want a diva like him on my team.        I'd hope it was for other reasons why he wouldn't sign.

You went after Ehlers in retribution for his hit on one of your teammates but no balls to go after Dillion in retribution but instead go after a guy like CF. FFS.

Well, I like that fact that Canadian RBs have allowed the Bombers to start Americans at Offensive Tackle and even at Guard - that has been a real strength of the team.

Where would you suggest they start these rookies?  The Bombers have largely avoided the scenario of starting rookies the past 4 seasons and have benefitted from that ability.  Other than exceptional circumstances like Schoen and Jackson, rookies usually start their careers as backups and work their way onto the roster gradually.  Starting numerous rookies in critical positions is trial by fire, and should be avoided whenever possible.  

He needs conditioning with Moose first and even then I suspect he'll be a Moosehead for rest of year because no waivers.

There was a funny vid going around the other day of a kids minor hockey game. Kid tried the lacrosse goal and didn't get it and the tendy wound up and absolutely SWATTED him one with the stick. They were like 10 years old so it was really funny.

I think every kid who tries it deserves to get a stick or punch to the face....

As a former goaltender, I hate the lacrosse goal. I’d prob take a swing at a guy if he tried that. Probably with the stick hextall style 

This lacrosse goal in hockey feels like travelling in basketball. Doesn’t feel right and as I have said before a guilty pleasure of mine is seeing a said player attempting lacrosse move laid out right before he turns to deposit the puck.

Context was always clear,  he never wanted to be in the crl, never thought it was a possibility.  The fact that every American feels that way is not the point, the point is you don't say it. 
**** that guy and everyone trying to make him some kind of face of the league. A league he never wanted to play in and left at the first chance he got.

Personally, I can't stand Rourke & the continued hype over him. He went to the worst team he could have signed with in Jacksonville. Doug Petersen has no intentions of ever playing him unless total disaster strikes. Let him sit on the PR. And if Rourke is that highly thought of in NFL circles then why wasn't he picked up by another team on waivers? This is twice now. 
Maybe because he isn't as good as people up here think he is. He's been waived twice & hasn't been claimed.
