I get if people don't like the NFL for whatever reason.
I just don't get people who hate the fact people do like it.

Westwood is terrible at his job. Actually 1290 could use a ton of upgrades.

My take is that he's always fishing for some sort of signature call (i.e. Golden goal, Do you believe in miracles etc.) that he tries to oversell what is happening at the time. I hate it when we will throw a screen pass and that side of the field is out of camera view, Roddy gets all excited (screen pass to Harris - LOOK OUT!) and it gets blown up for a 2 yard gain or something. Stop winding me up for what I think is going to be a big play and it turns out to be a nothingburger.
That's why he blows and Cuthbert is the best.

Don’t know where to put this, but I went and watched Wolitarsky’s set at Earl’s tonight.
First off, he was actually super good.
Second, him and Streveler were super stoked that my buddy Ray and I had their jerseys.
Thirdly, Matthews was there and looked very unstabbed. Good turnout - Strev, Demski, Willie, Stove (played a couple songs), Lawler, Sayles, Humes, Speller, Lucky, Rose, Nelson (walking boot) and Petermann all showed to support.

Your suggestion is currently under advisement.

Oh are there 5 strikes?  I probably should have been paying more attention to that.  I went with a pretty risky pick in Lawler.  That said I'm probably going to keep gambling.  It's got me this far.

Apparently murder suspect Chris Matthews has not been charged yet.

We'll know it's legit when Biggie throws Matthews track suit in the shower.

Completely disagree with the sentiment that this is a last chance game for Lawler. I don't think he's seen the same way by the team as he's seen around here. O'Shea is always looking at the full body of work and the big picture. Lawler is in this week because he has shown a lot in practice and in the games. He just seems a bit snakebitten to me.
By my eye test he has all the tools to be a great all around receiver. And if you listen to some of the comments made about him in interviews it sounds like the team feels the same way.

Yep, I thought he was a bit unlucky (some from his own doing) but actually looked decent.  He made a great attempt on that near touchdown as well.  He comes up with that and nobody is talking about him having a poor game.

the stadium location is a dumb reason in any context..it was an inconvenient location for me before...and thousands of others in area of city where I live...but we all went....so now if it's a matter of being inconvenient for the St James/Charleswood/polo Park area crowd, and they choose to not go anymore...then they were never true fans.
When I lived in Oakland/San Jose areas going to a pro event was usually a good hour..hour and a half venture (one way) on most occasions....so stadium location in a smaller city is a pathetic excuse if you ask me

Stadium location is an easy excuse and not really valid. 

the stadium is in a phenomenal spot, and I don't buy any of the bullshit surrounding it's location for one second.....it's always going to be inconvenient for someone. I LOVE where it is....

based on where we were when The Trinity took over to where we are today, it is insane to me that anyone can question how much better off we are with this regime in place than pretty much any other available in the league.

Look, I know people are disappointed that we are 0-4.  Yes, its frustrating that Nichols has thrown 10 picks and only 1 TD.  But its just too early to panic.  We need to keep our objectivity and composure, at this stressful time.

This thread needs more gin.
