I laughed when the loudest part of the anthem by the loudest fans was both "true north" and "blue".

I laughed how they tried to steal our “loudest fans” motto for when they sung the anthem. It hasn’t even been close now for the last 7-8 years. 

The leading running back in the whole league for TD's has 5.
On pace for like 8 over a full 18 game season.  Streveler leads league in rushing TD's with 10.
They don't get TD's because if the ball is from basically the 3 yard line in teams are putting short-yardage QB's in.

That's exactly what I've been trying to tell them. Dude is throwing his body around in a reckless fashion and it leads to bad hits. 

Reckless is just as bad as dirty, IMO. 
It's the guy at rec hockey that always apologizes and offers to help you up after flattening you "by accident', but does it 5 more times afterwards.

Seems this year there are way fewer no yards penalties during punt returns. Could be my imagination, there are probably stats on the infraction, but just an observation. 

LaPo is really good at this stuff. TSN should be using him as their top guy, actual analysis makes the game more enjoyable. Sadly we're getting Suitor tomorrow, so get ready to hear all the standard talking points from the 1990s.

yeah im a big believer in cross training with other sports, and that every one can find some thing they’d enjoy playing, and it makes kids much better people. 
 He’s done swimming and gymnastics which he loves too. Some hitting pads and grappling with me which he thinks is the funniest thing in the world. 

Yup volunteered coached both my kids soccer and football starting at the age of five, football started at the age of seven all the way up until high school. My goal was to lovingly irritate the hell out of the parents and the real coaches who knew the ins and outs of these two great games.
Goal accomplished, so much fun.
btw multi sport for both my kids did wonders for their sport and non sport development.

Our coaches favourite concept to run is handicapping the team. Not joking even a little. 
 In this case I think buck is really incapable of game planning around QBs, or defenses.

The play had hardly finished and they were running on field pointing at it....and then the flag came out...totally orchestrated play...and totally bush call....that's a reason they changed the challenge system as well a few yrs back as teams...most notable stamps were abusing that..and where did dumb dumb Mace.come from? Calgary ran that crap a lot when the challenge first came in.  They would have a receiver truck a DB on the opposite side of the field on 3rd and long, and if they didn't make the play, they would challenge for illegal contact on the other side of the field.  This play reminded me so much of that.
