I have just taken a look at the latest dung, turd down is serving up....My gawd I have never seen so much arse kissin' of the rider brand and fan base, in a very long time.... Apparently Corey Mace is the second coming and awaiting his crown from King Charles any day now....He has been endorsed by everyone in the league 'apparently' and he'll definitely be taking his greatness to the Cup next year......Geez the articles over there are getting sickening and the pandering is way over the top...Maybe it's because it's offseason and they have nothing else to fill their pages with except this drivel...We never got this much ink even with our two Cups in a row wins....Till the guy actually wins something as a headcoach it's all just so much ballywho and bull$hit

Our players didn't suddenly turn old and tired when they landed in HAM, yet virtually the same roster of old tired players with limited rotation put BCs season to bed with little to no sign of fatigue a week before. Our redzone turnovers were incredibly costly and it's a big stretch to blame them on fatigue. Our stars failed to execute all at once. So many points left on the field.

Personally this is how I feel going into 2024. I’m not sure we have anything besides our own bird in our hand. 

I am in a place and I think the team is still in a place where the proven vet is still worth more than unproven potential. But I 100% understand where you're coming from.
And aside from our personal opinions, I also believe there is zero chance the team moves on from Zach, so there's almost no point in even considering that option if we're sitting here trying to figure out what next year's team will look like. Write #8 in pen.

I agree with everything. Love Dru Brown.
But I'm still in Zach's corner and will let him lead the team until he chooses to walk away or until the wheels actually start to fall off.

It's funny, because for my entire Blue Bomber fandom, I've always been in favour of the young, up and comer. I'd be searching old scouting reports and stats for Alex Brink and Joey Elliott trying to find ways to convince myself that they could be developed into the guy, or looking at other teams back-ups like a young Collaros or Bo Levi and want us to trade for them.
But now that we have the guy that's led us to Grey Cups, I don't want to let him go, even if it means losing the potential.
It would have been really nice if this part of Brown's career arc lined up with Zach's eventual retirement, but it didn't. So good luck Dru, maybe we'll see you in FA in two years.

You can't argue that at all with any evidence. 

If Brown gets an offer of $300k, he's gone.  Zach is the face of the franchise, none of O'Shea, Miller or Walters is going to think it's time to move on, they may consider it after 2025, but not before.

Let's put it this way... if you told anyone on this site, pre-game, that we would score 24 points and the Als would not score on D or teams.... 100% would agree that's a guaranteed Bomber victory

As I said in the other thread. It was obvious Kelly was getting MOP (even though I disagree) and Brady was getting Canadian. But there is one award that tops  MOP in my mind and that’s Grey Cup MVP which Brady will win and Kelly can’t. And that’s motivation enough for Brady to take it.
