Collaros won late in the season in Calgary last year and seems to play them tough.

If Claybrooks gets the boot more then a few teams will seek him out as a defensive coordinator.

In all likelihood we will see the CFL make it so that a player suspended for PED's is ineligible for individual awards.  Personally I think they should take it a step forward and disallow all players who embarrass the league (i.e. Speedy Banks for Recreational Drugs and Hughes for a DUI).  The offending player should be good to go the next season as long as there isn't another violation.

Let’s be real... if the tables were turned and it were the Riders who had Andrew Harris in this situation, we’d be singing the praises of those who kept him off their ballot. Regardless of whether you believe he was completely innocent (I don’t), it sets a bad precedent to give prestigious awards to a player who tested positive for a PED that same season. This isn’t complicated and the right thing happened. 

I do think the league needs to have a rule in place for situations like this, either it being that player in ineligible to receive awards or eligible.
