Greg Brooks is suing LSU over medical negligence.

That rule doesn't count for the total number of required Canadians, only for starters. I'm not a doctor and I know an ACL injury is serious. So if a guy injures it in 24 and comes back in 25 and there is further injury to the acl, you don't bring him back in 6 games. Schoen could sue the training staff for medical malpractice imo.

i mean when they do the testing on the leg and see how it’s moving while they hold it, that’s a pretty clear source and you follow that up with an mri where you see it. For a guy who is fighting through the recovery of that knee and struggling to stay healthy a re injury has to be treated as serious. we could. vaughters and kyrie too.

I guess my point is if you have a GM who finds the need to bottom out then how did he get there in the first place if he didn't inherit a mess from the previous GM?

We don't know if he lied to the doctors about how good his knee was and how ready he was to play, but if he has reinjured the same knee ligament, this is bad news, The team will cope, one way or another, but his ability to live an active, pain-free life is very much in question now.
