I'm rolling with Elgersma over Dru at this point. Dru has shown two things in Ott. He can't stay healthy (some on bad hits, some on no hits) and he throws untimely interceptions. I know...neither were a problem when he was here and conveniently had the best Oline and stellar receiver running backs etc. I'm betting potential with Elgersma.

A Dru Brown is a Dru Brown, but an Elgersma could be anything! He could even be a Dru Brown! You know how much we've wanted one of those!

Elgersma needs to come up here next year. That said, I'd trade his rights for Dru.

Obviously baseless speculation, but something smells with Brown being shut down early in Ottawa. I wonder if they enter into a full rebuild if he could be pried out and the rights to Elgersma be the piece... would the Bombers never do that in a million years thinking they have the next Rourke? Logically I agree with this. There’s nothing to think our O can actually put up more points than the other team can. But on the other hand, you gotta believe. But logically I think I believe we get our asses kicked. But man these are exactly the teams that end up winning the cup lots of times in the cfl. I mean they could get hot. I'm of two minds... -Collaros and the starting offense want to prove they can get the job done after some really dismal performances of late -Collaros has had more injuries this year than normal, and we're totally hooped without him, so why take a chance?

Collaros may play one series, but can't see him doing more than that mainly because: Why risk him getting hurt, see that done that and it doesn't end well Why give mtrl reps against our first string offence? OShea loves to keep his cards hidden as long as possible
