I actually think the team plays a more Bomber-like (the kind we’ve been more used to the last 5 or so years) game and surprises the Riders today. If we can keep the turnovers down, get the passing game back on track with 10, 88, and 83 especially we win. It’s gravy if we get the kind of production from 20 that he had last game. Defensive pressure would be nice but I think Harris is not 100% so if our dbs play like they did last game (I know it was a 4th string QB), we can walk out with a big win, even though it’s probably close.

If we give up a 7th or 8th for Woli, we will not be able to use those picks on ST aces.

Elgersma worked out for the giants 3 days ago who apparently didn’t previously plan to add a qb to their practice roster. Crickets since then. I would be a bit surprised if someone added him considering the Packers didn’t bother to do it. Given his lack of experience with the American game I wouldn’t imagine that he’s a guy you call when you need depth when you have an injury. And the Packers passed on him as a developmental guy.

You guys are fixated on DL. The fact Sask can't build a second and third level off that DL and Mace can't adjust the D to anyone who can pass protect kills them repeatedly and probably will more the rest of this season.

I think Woli is probably tradeable if we want him...and yes he would help us immensely in a role where he comes in for certain packages/situations and is great depth as he can play multiple wr positions Plus ZC trusts him and knows where he will be in any situation when he on the field...so he makes ZC better

Dave Dickenson is in the hall of fame and basically played two full CFL seasons and 3 half seasons. Collaros has 4 seasons as the highest rated passer (1 in Hamilton, 3 here) and 2 Grey Cups. He'll be in the CFLHOF immediately when he retires.

imo, yes. based on being the best qb for a few years, an over all long strong career and rings. he’s not in the discussion for top league qbs, maybe mid tier among hof qbs. 3 keys for me 1, find an x factor. its going to be hard for us to out score the riders straight up. probably need teams or D score or a bunch of turn overs. 2 mistake free offence. we can’t afford give aways or to falter in the red zone. 3 secondary is primary source of D. that dl isn’t going to carry the day with the all canadian interior. kyrie doesn’t have dominance left and jones is a box tackler. the secondary will have to be the strength of our D and give fits to harris.

I think Mace is a better head coach than Osh. I think Mace will win his share of Grey Cups over time. He uses his roster to its fullest. Doesn't play games or appears to play favourites. If Mace had been our HC the past 2 seasons, I think we'd be 4 time Grey Cup champs.

Play smart...have a sound game plan and I think we take this...ZC and BO always go off on Sask Can't see us being out coached in this one with Mace on the other sideline so that's a plus If we are tho...good god definitely time for changes
