  1. Past hour
  2. I agree let's try something. I also don't feel we will be very pleased by the results. You are going to take that literally? A coach giving his backups some confidence? Obviously there is no such thing as all number 1s.
  3. Status quo we go.....I'm shocked...Guys questionable....no sense letting them get truly closer to health and see what else you have...that be dumb And a defensive front struggling to get pressure of any kind...let alone consistent play...so ....keep trotting the same configuration of guys....that will win ya many I kinda had some positive vibes feeling going on, and that we may kinda retool a bit...those vibes just flew out the window We may very likely after this week be tied at bottom with 6 wins Hopefully both those 4 win eastern teams lose to keep us 2 up in the crossover...I feel like that may be our best shot at post season sadly....oh how the mighty have fallen osh think's close losses are victories and validates that his process and way he does stuff is working...and magically things will turn around and pan out...(mind you only to fail in Cup as the getting there was flawed at best and covered up the weaknesses) and why we in this mess now That magic tho now is gone....and he has no answers other than...status quo
  4. I think coming up short consistently against the best teams in the league (0-5 so far if you are keeping track) should provide a greater impetus for trying to improve the roster... not holding pat
  5. Not the first veteran qb this has happened to. Won't be the last. Even the great ones miss where everybody is.
  6. I enjoy your opinions on the Jets boards and Bomber boards, but seriously... this is a tone-deaf statement. Charlie Kirk was a husband and a father of two. Politics and nationality aside, a wife has been widowed and two children are growing up without their dad.
  7. Yup. For a veteran QB, I’m often surprised at how little awareness Zach seems to have pre snap. Maybe our putrid play caller doesn’t have any hot routes imbedded in his play design, but this isn’t the first season I’ve noticed this.
  8. Colour me not thrilled to see Wallace drawing in next to Kolankowski. He has tools but at this stage of their respective careers, Vanterpool is the better player.
  9. He was oblivious indeed....needs to process that quicker and realize he needs to abort primary and zip a quick hitter into someone....or just actually evade...he was so locked into his primary read he basically tee'd himself up for a pummeling....and not the first time the last few season's either
  10. And as much as the OL isn't helping... the play he got hurt on was all him. They rushed more than bombers had blockers and in that situation it's on the qb to recognize it and NOT stand there oblivious to the guy coming in to blast him.
  11. Three close losses against the two best teams in the league and only one win against a backup. Brown started the game, we just broke him. We’re not good, but we’re not terrible either.
  12. well....When only 2 ....maaaaaybe 3 actually play...pretty hard for the other 7 to make any impact, let alone show they have potential and upside
  13. I hear Strevller is starting.
  14. Today
  15. 2 wins in the last 5 games, both against a back up QB (and in the case of Montreal the back up QBs back up back up) and the Bombers decide to trot out the same old, tired DL that has failed to generate any meaningful pressure in over a month (only 3 sacks in those 5 games). Maybe those 9 LBers on the roster will help with that?
  16. Artopoeus, Houston, Hallett ON Collaros, Vanterpool, Kelly OFF
  17. He was an American political influencer. Completely irrelevant to Canadians. Who cares. I’m really not into things that are there to purely divide people so I’ll leave it there. No RIP tho cuz sympathy is ruining the USA.
  18. Not disagreeing. Just saying that no qb could play well behind the OL we have now. It was allowed to happen. One off season with a quality coach like the guy in Vancouver (qbmotion on Instagram) would probably do it. Trevor Harris, Nick Arbuckle & Nathan Rourke all work with the guy...
  19. and watching Wallace last game on fg unit trying to run and cover after the miss....no way dude should have been out there doing that...guy could barely run, and makes sense with a hip injury at 300+ pounds Vibert should have been in as that extra Oline guy...and also is a guy who can play center...could have tossed him in for a few reps to get a look....but nope ZC...finger...ankle...next yr we had Bailey..Demski...Scoen...Biggie...all could run let alone have any explosiveness or ability to cut/break.....3 yrs straight we played hurt guys for no reason
  20. definitely noticed he has to take a bit of a run and almost heave it with all his might to get it downfield....Almost looks like the Faj and how he does similar Where I really have noticed it is on his outs our deeper sideline passes to far side of field...awkward looking now to make those and it's cause he really needs to body English the heck out of it to get it there.... Of he wants to continue his career and evolve a bit as an older passer...he should seriously look into going to some camps, or working with a lot of the coaching now that goes into the new way of teaching passers... Relearn how to create a new base...hip motion and lower body twist to get ball out quick and with velocity He now needs to learn or morph into basically lower body mechanics in his throws...His smarts and experience and if he able to retrain his muscle memory...could squeeze out several more yrs
  21. They won't either. Milt just lost a son so I won't say anything about him. However, I think Osh is a freaking hypocrite saying tht he cares about player safety. Sure... Yeah, like what he did to Schoen this year. The Collaros finger injury in last year's Grey Cup. The injured he started & played in the 2023 Grey Cup. Some, like Biggie, Collaros, Alexander & Demski couldn't run. Osh needs to shut his pie hole when saying that injuries are no one's business but the team & that he cares about player safety because to me he doesn't show it. If the team announced injuries like they used to I believe this kind of bullshit wouldn't happen as questions would be asked as to why an injured player who is supposed to be 6 gamed are still playing.
  22. The ol has hastened Zachs down fall. But if you look at his good games the last two years, he needs to practically run into a throw to get it 30-40 yards down field and it will still end up well short. He can't get the ball out quickly or cleanly either. And if you look at his play off stats here, he had 1 good game and a whole lot of bad games.
  23. No, he's not. That's all I'm going to say. Anyway, I'm not going to be baited into a political argument with you that will no doubt deteriorate. You think the way you please.
  24. He’s irrelevant to Canadians.
