Since the cap went up 500k, and we likely came in under the previous cap plus have 6game savings, we should have a pretty good nut to offer wilson. which makes me wonder 1, what’s he worth to get up asap? and what would it take? 200k for 2 years with 100k upfront? with the standard agreement that he can work out and if an nfl team wants to sign him in the off season we let him go. It’s high value for a one year guy, but i think that’d be what it takes to move him quickly.

Maybe Ottawa gets sick of Brown being injured and back up the Brinks truck to Arbuckle and the Bombers can try to fix Brown

Id add interior dline..we have 2 good pieces...but no depth behind them and we aren't rostering 2 guys who likely help in woods and Bailey Oline Canadian depth is pretty slim Pickens too Our main issue really is coaching and how we use guys...and what appears to be an OC in way over his head and a guy not able to answer things in the moment Funny part of this whole thing is we can kinda control our fate if we smarten up a bit and can get hot and run off a string of 5 or 6 wins in a row continuing this weekend

I'd be surprised if Wilson made a large amount of NIL $. He was at FSU between 2018-2022, NIL only came in for 2021. So two years tops and he was a guy putting up 400-500 yards per year.

Someone needs to tell him you can carve out a great career in this league with pretty good compensation.

The NFL hangs on to more players than ever before with expanded practice rosters as well as the UFL now recruiting for next season, By CFL free agency, the UFL have their rosters set. With all the player movement in February, CFL teams can go after free agents that are available that are under contract now.

We have more holes than swiss cheeses. It won't be solved this season by plugging holes with a bunch of rags. Our problems really started this season not signing vany impact free agents.
