  1. Past hour
  2. That particular call is one of the best examples of why "the call on the field" should count for zilch when it comes to replay. There's not a single ref on the field in position to make a call on that play in that spot on the field through the bodies. I have a really hard time definitively going either way on it. In the next frame from that freezed shot his lower arm is under the ball. Seems like it's basically in his control. But it is moving.
  3. Yup. If they had got one first down they win.
  4. I can't believe the Lions bailed Mace out the way they did. He really thought... I need at least one touchdown to close out the game, its 3rd and 5 with 3 minutes left... I've already gone for it inside the 5 on third down this half and made it...but no, I am gonna kick a field goal and give the ball to the best offense in the league, with the presumptive MOP and I am going to get the ball back... and it worked! They got the ball back! And then they promptly throw 2 incomplete passes! 3rd down game is on the line but nah, it worked once, lets do it again! And the Lions go two and out again... and the 2nd down play call is so **** the CFL.ca play by play doesn't even count it so it looks like the Lions ran 1 play and then immediately punted it. And now the Riders need to make it 75 yards and score a touchdown in a minute and they do. Like... if the CFL had robust enough stats to calculate a winning percentage those plays would have affected it negatively. The Rider fans were even going for the exits!
  5. Yeah the replays tsn had made me think it was a good catch. Nothing super clear but nothing that made.me think they got the call wrong. Still comes down to offense and defense for BC had.ample opportunities to win that game and failed to do so.
  6. It's true, he would try out more guys mid-season, was more willing to give up on favorites who didn't perform, and he didn't just tie canadians down to STs roles. I'd add as well that he used to coach to win, would whip out a few smart trick plays through out the year, and would challenge more. Even if the challenge was to back up a player, or to make the refs look at a problematic area they weren't calling, even if it wouldn't be over turned. At each step, success has made him softer.
  7. Yeah he did his best to hide it but he wasn't moving quite right & the Als had MBT warming up for a good chunk of the 2nd half for a reason. If that happened early in the game, I doubt he finishes so the question is can he last a full game against the Riders? You'd have to think they're going to bring a ton of pressure in order to make him move as much as possible.
  8. Other than him grabbing his hammy one time, did he look injured? I didn't even notice.

  11. No it's not lol. That's his left elbow. The ball is in his right arm high above the turf.
  12. It's obvious that he isn't healthy.
  13. could be worse, I dreamt that it was 7-1
  14. I dunno. Harris seems motivated in Sask. but a healthy Alexander and it’s not close.
  15. Jets are old and slow. Anaheim is young and fast. 4 1 Ducks. No surprise here.
  16. If you look back, they used to make more changes to the line up. It has become more stagnant in recent years.
  17. I'm going with my heart on this one instead of my head. My head says Alexander coming up lame in the ESF is probably going to mean a 5th stripe. My heart says F**k the Riders.
  18. yet another 9 pm start time on TSN 3
  19. something for osh to think about, theres a reason Dinwiddie didnt even listen to a counteroffer from Toronto.
  20. Way to go bigg jay! Who ya pickin' for the Cup?
  21. That's not the ball, that's his arm. It was a catch.
  22. Well that's the question isn't it? Osh hasn't changed much his entire time here.
  23. BC had little pressure on Harris, but Montreal's pass rush is way better, so Harris is not going to have the same time as he had last game. That ought to be the difference.
  24. Lenny Wilkins dies at 88, BB HOF as both a player and coach
