  1. Past hour
  2. Need to put this description on his football card.
  3. Today
  4. it's not necessarily about him being just a 500 yard receiver... if that's all he brought, I'd agree... he brings chemistry with the offense.... blocking... TE-type play... leadership... reliability (as a player, not necessarily when it comes to injury concerns)... if the Bomber decided to bring him back, it wouldn't be to put this O over the top... it would be help shore up the bottom end and provide depth... Of course we all agree, unearthing a difference maker at this point would be amazing... but probably not realistic...
  5. Wolitarsky had 5 2nd Down Conversions last year in 10 games. Over his career with the Bombers he had 80 in 96 games In 2022 and 2023, Schoen had 81 in 34 games... I can only see stats for receivers with more than 350 yards for 2024 so don't know how many he ended up within 2024 in 51 games with the Bombers, Lawler had 76 Demski in 76 games had 82 FWIW Dillon Mitchell had 22 2nd down conversions in 2024 which is more than Wolitarsky had in any season
  6. That we do. I hope so. I honestly don't really remember him all that much. Down south. I'm not saying it's easy. I'm saying that's what is needed.
  7. Give me a few minutes, have to consult my subway napkin.
  8. It'll be interesting to see both teams injury reports today.
  9. Where exactly are we to find these game breaking receivers that we could add to our line up and make an immediate impact...??
  10. well....we need both Actually I like the Echols signing to be honest....guy could be one those sneaky season changing signings...he definately motivated to perform
  11. Sure he'd be solid depth. I'd rather they start bringing in more potential game breaking Wrs rather than depth.
  12. yeah nothing about him screams successful long career....not sure the allure there to be honest for that pick,,,,havnt looked at draft results but I sure there was something more useful at that point in draft, tho in those rounds generally most are just a hope and dream pick and many never amount to spit
  13. Woli would make the perfect replacement for Corcoran as the extra guy on the squad as well as take rotational reps, and was huge for iur run game, if he was available would be a smart aquisition....can play all the spots...ZC trusts and looks for him He doesn't need to be the #1 or a guy expected to be leaned on Chain mover....2nd down conversion guy (ZC totally leaned on him for that as he always knew where to go vs a defence)....play the dirty role in run game....and vet savvy...thats it....and really can be just for this yr too
  14. They don't need another 500 yard rec. They've got plenty of those. They need a legit #1, make defenses bracket rec.
  15. I don't know the particulars and I understand that every player is in a unique situation but the Argos brought back Polk (arguably better than Wilson) right after he was cut by the Falcons. https://www.argonauts.ca/2025/08/26/argos-bring-back-east-all-cfl-wr-makai-polk/ So my question is: Where's Wilson?
  16. Well, what else is he doing?
  17. Whether he's an ass or not, his engagement on social media has people talking about the CFL. And he raises some good points.
  18. I guess you can call 2 500+ yard seasons over 6 seasons 'consistent' if you squint and say that he was on pace for that last year... before he got an injury in week 14... that kept him on the IR until Week 10 this year... and had him record absolutely 0 stats in weeks 10 and 11. He's always seemed the type that will produce as a 4th or 5th option, where the Defense has to account for the Lawlers, and the Schoens, and the Demskis or the Adams of the world, but if you are asking him to move up to even that #3 spot you are looking for trouble.
  19. Anyone know why Kyran Moore didn’t play last year? In 2023 he played all 18 games so seems to have been healthy. And he would have only been 26/27 years old last year. Just seems odd no one picked him up until now.
  20. He better be after all these weeks away
  21. Shay and Smith were high draft picks with better pedigrees and measurables. Corcoran is a late round flyer, with a so so pedigree and fairly poor measurables for a receiver (4.8 40 time and a 27 inch vertical, for example).
  22. Woli still has some tread left on the tires though if he's healthy. He's still been putting up consistent 500 yard seasons, and in a grey cup year with a plethora of receiver injuries, it should be a no-brainer.
  23. A healthy Schoen would be a game changer. I don’t think he’s fully healthy.
  24. Schoen is a mega needed boost too
