  3. Today
  4. According to Paul Friesen's article today, it sounds like Osh is back & he doesn't want to make a lot of changes. Sigh. Expect more of the same. More Kola & more Thomas. More playing his pet players. More playing useless veterans than promising younger players. This team is headed for a cliff.
  5. Compared to Tua, what did Kola offer? Absolutely nothing. I'd have moved Eli to Center over that loser two years ago. he still would have outplayed him.
  6. What a joke thanks to Randy Ambrosie. He actually believd that the Maritimes could support the CFL? All it took was 6 years to get the money back. Imagine what a **** show that franchise would have been?
  7. Man, if we had Rourke we'd probably win another 4 Grey Cups in the nxt decade.
  8. As I said a few months ago, in the Bomber boom and bust chronology we are in 1995 right now.
  9. the stadium is kind of small time but damn is it a fine place to watch a game on a summer night. Love the setting up on the mountain with the campus buildings wrapping around the stadium. Absolutely gorgeous scenery. Need to get back there someday.
  10. The border is only two hours from home, but then it's another 5-6 hours to get there 😂
  11. Zach, Jake, can all **** off. Frankly.
  12. My opinion is that they can easily get back to where we were at but they need Wadzilla to remind them that we don't live on past results.
  13. We had the polar opposite
  14. If osh is back...and i hope hes not...but if so...it better be on a short leash and any resemblance as to whats gone on of late...and games that look like this yr...that fire button better be pressed I think bringing him back is a huge risk sms wise cause if he just continues as he has..and we need to cut bait...and who really thinks he will change? Then we on hook with money to him on the coaching cap aspect Yup...somewhere along the way in 2022 to this yr we lost the plot..the foresight...ability to project and the ability to make the tough decisions...can these 2 get back to that? Maybe? But if they can't and we committ again...only to have to can them...then we really gonna be wandering in the wilderness for a few yrs...they did it before...was it just lightning in a bottle and things just lined up perfect? Or was it from actual things they did...and then got too fat and complacent?? There's arguments for both cases...huge decisions coming here that could affect us for a few yrs running...in either direction..
  15. Can't argue with any of that. Some poor gm work compounded by poor coaching. That is our decline in a nutshell
  16. G.m oshea would be a bigger disaster than what we have scene here...our roster would suck even more if he had full control...it sucks as is with his partial say
  17. Not nearly as bad as Tui showed. Did he play Centre..no..did he show an inability to block..yes. Excellent as the 6th in heavy sets is not a ringing endorsement. I am not pleased with Kola but let's not pretend Tui offered more. Our centre position could have and should have been addressed in the offseason but our GM was not up to the task
  18. gm mos is worst case ontario Probably right that both are back.
  19. It’s not the air. It’s not the water. It’s the lack of hot chicks wearing Blue Jays hats. This theory has yet to be disproven.
  20. They can always make an announcement prior to GC week like Calgary did last year.
  21. I don't want GM MOS. I suspect both MOS+KW are back unless one decides to go elsewhere. Hoping its the apple and the roadmap for Hogan.
  22. Yup. Offense was not an issue in BC prior to his arrival. New system but same tools so I guess kudos to Buck for not messing it up I guess?
  23. Buck has a young qb still not in his prime but getting better & better daily. As well as dynamic receivers. We didn't have any of that.
  24. I believe that’s an un official thing that’s been broken a few times. They usually are confident right to the end. Ugh gm mos sounds awful. We should can one, but I think we run both back unless one decides to take another job.
  25. Osh interview gave me the impression that he thinks they got some work to do. The impression I got is he plans on being back. Now I’m not convinced hogan is back, reading between lines I’d suggest he isn’t back, but certainly sounds like Osh will be back.
  26. Doesn't the league say "no major news during GC week so as not to distract from the game"...? 99% sure that's a thing. There will be rumours for sure, that leak from the talking heads, but nothing official will go out until after GC I'd bet (with the slim chance of something before). Fwiw, reading Hodges encapsulation of the Osh presser, he (Osh) seems to be fairly confident he's going to sign an extension. Never say never, but I have the feeling everybody's back next year, or maybe Osh is taking on HC/GM on the outside chance Walters is leaving. But if I was betting money... I'd say The Trinity survives and lives to see another rebuild.
