  2. We call that game, try not to die. I don't like anyone's chances, though.
  3. Wheatfall no longer fit here....But he's a good signing and can see him having a solid yr there...I bet he a 1000 yard guy this yr If anyone was to critique our squad last yr on offence and who we rostered/played and how we used them and didnt know any better re: the history of our guys and team....I bet the consensus would be that save for BO and maybe Demski....the whole unit would be considered crap....as it pretty much was
  4. Nobody has told Hamilton they can sign players that aren't former Bombers.
  5. That'd be right up there with the Rod Black drinking game.
  6. we need to land Gittens...Go 3 Cdn receivers if possible....gives us way more flex ratio wise and allows us to roster impact guys on defence for rotation...and Smith and Shay should be more than adequate to be used in roles that Ayers and Woodbey took last yr...further strengthening our flexability and get useful DA's on roater...Idf they not trusted, or gonna be neglected...then WTF they doing on roster...we have seen enough of a roster with middling teamers who get zero reps and chance to produce...let alone develop...thats piss poor coaching A White...Demski...Pookie...Gittens...Neild/Clercius combo with Cobb and hopefully someone not named Corcoran as depth would not be a bad thing at all with BO lugging the rock...and use of CDN guys like Shay and Smith in roles that Ayers and Woodbey took will allow us to roster another guy like Taylor or Banks...Especially if we use Vaval at corner...freeing up his DA spot...I have zero concern/issues with him doing dual duty.....not like it's never been done before in the league
  7. Today
  8. Curious to see where Bridges, Rambo and Gittens Jr land.
  9. Moved this to the General Forum. While fascinating and potentially impactful, this is not specifically Blue Bomber or CFL related. Carry on!
  10. No Goalie is right, we avoided a huge mistake. Trotz always seems reatless. Never satisfied. I think he found the GM role a lot of work. Something he wasn't prepared for & didn't want to do.
  11. Wheatfall was very inconsistent. He'd disappear for games only to come back, have a couple of strong game just to disappear again. For a second year receiver that's not good. Now huch of that was Zach not having any confidence or numbnuts Hogan as OC? I guess we'll find out with a new team & qb throwing to him.
  12. Why does this bother you? If Tracker posted this here, why do you care? I know a couple of former CFL players who are struggling with CTE now that they're in their 60's. Hopefully, this will eventually be able to help them. One in particular suffers from depression & worry. At times, he feels like he's losing his mind. I have issues with my memory at times as I'm aging naturally. I'm certainly not as sharp as I used to be. Even 5 years ago... I forget things & every once in awhile I get confused. I was driving recently & forgot where I was going. There I was, driving on the freeway in Calgary at 100 kph with no clue as to why I was there or my destintion. I began to panic but after about 15 seconds my memory came back. I thought I was going crazy but apparently from talking to other seniors my age that seems to be a common occurence much to my relief. Just the aging process going on. I've suffered one concussion that I know nearly 60 years ago when I got hit in the head by a baseball during a game when I was 11 or 12. I don't remember much about the incident. Just that it happened. Without going into details, I suffered for days afterward. I remember crying & my Mother trying to comfort me. I could have had more as I've had my head rocked a couple of times after but I have no idea. Anyway, for the two former Bomber players that I know, hoping this treatment will someday help them & others.
  13. Take another shot every time Hamilton signs another former Bomber.
  14. Whatever this is..... Maybe move it to Gen Pop, pls....

  17. He was good but just not often enough.
  18. now that's a name I haven't heard in a long time but then again I didn't see Severance or Marty Supreme https://deadline.com/2026/02/the-white-lotus-season-4-sandra-bernhard-cast-1236714818/

  20. There is a very recent development for athletes (mostly football and hockey players) who have been diagnosed with a variant of Traumatic Brain Injury- Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, AKA CTE. As most if not all here are aware, this is a terribly debilitating condition caused by repeated impacts affecting the brain and to this point, nothing could be done to alleviate the suffering or effects. There is now hope. Researchers at the University of Utah have reported dramatic and lasting improvements using near-infrared light treatment. The treatment so far is in its infancy but has shown great promise and is non-invasive. Matt Dunigan ought to be very interested.
  21. he might have the light bulb to on and take the next step in hamilton. Boy, i’m not sad to see him go though. Inconsistent at best and not a great fit. between him n sterns, i would’ve gone for sterns. I hope jsk means we aren’t done done, just done with splashes.
  22. The writing was on the wall when he was handed a glorious opportunity and didn't excel in the role.
  23. ICE agents.
  24. Maybe I misunderstood what you said. If I did, apologies. I thought you said the backup doesn't need the reps in modern football today because we have technology to help them get better without reps in practice. That's what I thought you meant. My response was there's nothing like reps to improve as a player. To see & understand what the defense is doing & how to attack it throwing the ball.
  25. I'm fine with that.... He was inconsistent at best.
