yeah....definitely not one that breeds any reason for optimism thats for sure....is this where we really at now?.....yikes And again the Hallett add.....over kelly....basically swapping a player for the same type/role player....just an older...less skilled one....Even tho Kelly has had his less than stellar moments he offers more now....and in future than Hallett. this is just more of Os's bias and penchant for tenured guys...and his personal likes over talent?....cause that move makes no sense whatsoever....Now for Makonzo....Vibert...Bailey....even Cobb....that makes sense...this makes none....a guy who hasnt played in weeks...fresh off injury list....older...and quite frankly....not that good....and this is just an ongoing thing here...and why we slid hard Please....make it make sense

Those years wandering in the CFL wilderness are all too fresh in my memory and remaining status quo will guarantee repeat performances. The Bombers staggered into the playoffs last year on a downward spiral and mostly thanks to terrible teams in Regina, Calgary and Edmonton. And I posit that 2024 was a mediocre year and we headed there again.

I agree 100% with your thoughts. The downward trend was obvious a year so ago. I believe management knew what needed to be done but refused to take action. I do not know if Oshea has more say than the GM but at this point in time at least IMHO the downward trend will continue until decisions at the top are made. I place the blame for the downward trend squarely on the GM and if the Head Coach has move input that the GM we are definitely in trouble.

They should’ve kept White Jr.

I guess they think Hallett is better on teams than Kelly? Hallett is one of those guys they need to move on from.

What a crappy offseason we had. Just think about all the WRs on the market and we ended up with a damaged Schoen, Mitchell, Sterns and Reggie White Jr who didn’t even make it out of camp.

Perfect summary of Kevin Glenn. This should be put on his football card. Only thing I'd add is his rights were held by every CFL team. Oh and maybe Riders suck.

He was as very good as you can get without being great. 07 was by far his best year, it’s a such a shame how it turned out. The knee injury he had in 2006 gets forgotten too, he was a pretty good threat with his legs before that.
