I would highly doubt an urban reserve would have a casino... Highly doubt it... Id expect you will see housing and native businesses instead. No casino. I actually dont think you even see a reserve happen there.. I think the area will fight it and win... Nothing is set in stone... Nothing will be done for years if ever. I see a mix of commercial and residential properties. There will be office space. It's going to "look" like anything else you would see across this city. No casino.
