Jets Prospects

Kyle Connor has 48 point in 27 games an average of 1.7787 points per game .

Dylan Larkin had 47 points in 35 games for the same team last year for an average of 1.343 points per game .

Jack Eichel had 71 points in 40 games in his last year of college for  an average of 1.775 points per game .

I see Connor making the team in the fall and actually signing in March and getting a couple of weeks on the Jets roster at the end of the season.

I am hoping to see Connor on one wing with Wheeler or Ehlers or Armia on the other wing with Scheif or Matthews at center.

Going forward... Connor Scheif Wheeler Armia Ehlers and Matthews/Laine/Puljujärvi look like a pretty solid top 6 for a few years.

Lemieux, Roslovic, Petan, Copp, Lowry, Harkins, De Leo,  Lipon, and Spacek will be fighting for roster spots sooner or later.

We have Comrie and Helle and Phillips for depth in goal and look to be set for some time.

Our D, on the other hand, needs some help on the depth. Besides Morrissey, there isn't much coming up the pike on the left hand side and I fully expect the Jets to take some LHD at this draft or trade for one by this time next year. There is Sami Niku and not much else. The RHD right now is very good but not a great deal coming up the pike. Hopefully Kostalek makes the team in at least a 3rd pairing position and hopefully Glover and/or Poolman and/or Nogier turn out.

Ask a Finn. Only they would prob know. Don't get to see him play much. But when i have... Guys looked legit.

Was their any doubt though?   I think he spends a year with the Moose and tears it up..

There was not.

And even that report was already made 1 month ago, by a better Finn media guy.

Pretty good for a sixth round pick...

Fans of the Winnipeg Jets report that CJ Suess is close to agreeing to terms on an ELC, but he would be joining the Moose

Still playing. Both Seuss (Cease) and Poolman have potential. Why does their age matter? FWIW a guy who makes his living grading prospets says Cease is NHL ready as a 4th line center but should be really good for the Moose. Lol tho.. You hear of these guys the first time the Jets sign them and proceed to talk crap about players you dont know. Odd.

Seuss story is incredible and if you actually had heard of him you'd be pulling for him to be a good one instead of talking garbage. Look his story up.. Why he changed his last name to his moms and then come back and talk.

You love it :D

I had high hopes for Foley too but can't complain about what we got.

Forgot about him.

4th round pick in 2016

20 years old. RHD. 6’4”, 192lbs.

Stay at home D.  No offensive skills.

Vesa and Niku seem like the next gems in our prospect pool but there really are some interesting prospects in the pipeline like Appleton, Cederholm, Luke Green.

Tampa Bay signed Foote the day after the Rockets were eliminated.  Might be the same for Stallard?  I don't know.

Moose have signed Cedarholm to a tryout contract.

You must be shocked.

If Vesalainen is converted to centre with Armia and Laine as wingers, would that make them "The Finish Line"?
