Henoc Muamba or Matt Nichols?

If you could only sign one guy, who would it be?  I'd love to have Henoc back in a Bomber uniform, but teams NEED two quality QBs if they want to contend and become legit playoff/Grey Cup contenders (look at Calgary's model).  In my opinion, Henoc would be a luxury, but Nichols is a need.  If I had $225k and could only sign one of Nichols or Henoc, I'd give the money to Nichols.

We'd probably be 5-6 or even 6-5 right now if we had Nichols right when Willy went down.  Henoc is a luxury, but Nichols is a difference maker.

  • Muamba and it's not even close. Star NI's play every down. You hope that backup QB's don't get to see the field for more than 3 or 4 games.

  • If we have the over one million dollars in cap space currently that's been speculated about recently, coupled with the Chris Greaves trade who was getting paid quite handsomely, there's no reason what

Actually it is. GMs shuffle money around all the time from one position group to another. You don't think that Huff has a little less in one position group or had to release a higher paid player because he pays Tate more than any backup QB in the league? Or that Taman had to release some players because he signed Kevin Glenn? Not saying its definitely a situation Walters is dealing with but is a potential situation a GM might face...

I think the way your question was given as a "if you were the GM..." is what is the issue. You could get the same answers from people if it was something like "What signing do you think would have more of an impact?"

Thanks Mr. Professor...you're so smart!

Are there any actual football threads left on this forum or just arguments about grammar and etiquette

Taking constructive responses from someone and mocking them for it. Man, you really know how to do it all don't you.

If you were GM, would you rather:

1) Have a poop every morning

or

2) Go watch a pre-screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens

I'll take the poop.

Remember, this is the guy who cried because he felt we weren't thanking him enough for his Training Camp reports. You can't win with some people. I thought True Blue's post was dead on...the wording is what caused the backlash.

Wow...I think you might be even smarter than True Blue!

I think it might be time to shut this thread down.  Too many d-bags ruined this one.

Poll results are interesting and when you shuffle through the d-bag comments, there was some interesting discussion...

If you choose #2 does it mean you never get to poop again?

I'm assuming that choosing #2 means you just can't poop every morning.  It's really poorly worded though (lots of that going on apparently) so who knows? B)

Yep we better form a committee and help give advice on re-writing the question because we're far superior and know everything there is to know about life.
