Haha called it.  Actually not that small of a line, though.  Perreault isn't big but Burmi's physical game is underrated and Ehlers is actually pretty strong on his skates as well.  Tons of offensive potential with a line like that.

I thought Clitty could take a licking but I guess I was wrong.  Too bad.  That's probably it for his career.

Before he was traded he Probably had the best set of hands in the organization along with Grigorenko. He has a great shot and can use size very well when he gives 100%. He had a really bad first season in N america. Then last season something clicked. He looked really good and I was sure he would get the call up and never go back. Then he got injured. I pretty much had him penciled in on the roster for 2015-16 before he was traded (before all the trades).

I remember when Clitty showed up, there was quite the buzz around him.

 

He was probably our #10 defenceman tho when you think about it.

 

Used to be you were worried if a player did not clock in 400 games now the 400 games payout is more of a bonus.

I thought it was the opposite... it was clear that Ladd wants to stay and it's unsure if Buff does or not

Buff said today he wants to be here

Ladd siad that he thinks both sides would have liked to have it done by now but sometimes it doesn't work out that way and there has been good dialogue since the beginning. Said it is easy to put it on the backburner now that he can concentrate on hockey.

 

Buff said he would like to remain a Jet for the rest of his career but that it is a business. He said the area has a lot of nice lakes and everything is great. Also, said it is in his favor not to be signed because he can look better with a good start.

 

Lowry will stay between Ladd and Little only if he can keep up offense wise. Maurice is happy with his D game and said he is the guy to be facing the other team's top lines. Whether it is this year or in the future is up to Lowry. Maurice considers Lowry a key cog in this team.
