Up 2-0 heading to St. Louis feels pretty good.  Outside of the 2 3rd periods, the Jets haven’t played their best…. Really, it’s been a bit sloppy.  Good teams find ways to win.  If they find their groove, we should get a more comfortable win.

Not sure if anyone is watching the Avalanche series but both of those teams appear to be playing at an even faster speed and so the Jets better find their higher gear soon if they make it through to round 2.

This is playoff hockey. The ice gets small, the forechecking and physicality ramps up. St. Louis plays that type of style so I never expected anything different. Our ability to roll 4 effective lines has worn them down in the last two games, and that is precisely how our team was built to win in the playoffs. I really see no cause for concern whatsoever. Next round we will either play Dallas, who plays a similar style, or Colorado that plays far more wide open. If it's Dallas just keep on keeping on, and if it's Colorado we will need to sharpen our pencils a bit.

Jets desperately need Vilardi and Ehlers... Impressive what they've been able to get done with an almost non existent PP. If they can get back to relatively healthy and put together close to full 60s, they can be dangerous.

It was built for an AHL team in a location that was so small they had to close off a lane of Hargrave.

I'm pretty sure they aren't the only arena with that setup, especially the visitor's locker room on the other side of the ice.

For sure but just makes no sense to me from a convenience and safety perspective, especially the bench size where the visitor goaltender is sitting by himself in the crowd away from his team, weird. But that’s just me.

Is that the joker who was firing pucks down the ice at Scheif....Maybe he was showing his frustration for making him feel he wasn't part of the team...and had the 'blues'

It wouldn't surprise me if they're buddies. Hofer is from Manitoba (clearly) and they're both devout Christians, from my understanding, so it wouldn't surprise me if they know each other well and were just ******* with each other...

It was built for nhl in mind cuz moose barely drew 10k never mind 15 even in their canucks farm team glory days.  While I agree they should have got rid of Hargreave and the rink should be Donald to Carlton, I don’t think it adds as much space as you think. More seats and bigger concourse at best.
