GDT Testing our offence without a QB

Ride em cowboys!

"Neither starter Zach Collaros nor veteran backup Chris Streveler will dress this week, leaving the start to Wilson."

There won't be any sense of offensive rhythm, that's for sure.

Why does it feel like someone is thumbing their nose somewhere.

Well I for one like a good joke. So let's have a sense of humour. GO BLUE!

PS: I hope our defence gets enough work…

60 minutes before gametime.   Sitting in the empty stands, soaking it in... First home game (covid/health stuff) in a very long time... GO BLUE!!

Here's a cut at Week 1 roster (Need 6 Canadians on O every snap, 1 Canadian on D every snap):   QB- Collaros, Streveler, Wilson   RB- OLIVIERA,    AUGUSTINE, ROSERY, Smith*

I thought it improved tremendously once I muted it. 😂

Rosery too could be a factor if he makes the roster.  Might be a better role player to cover off on O in case of injury than Augustine who is somewhat limited as a receiver and blocker.  But you'd have them all on.

Yeah he’s looked solid on teams as well. That guy is clearly doing every thing he can to make him self useful as a pro.

yeah.....he is a more polished receiever and definately could be good coverage in multiplke backup roles

Sheahans average punt is 38.5 yards before the return tonight. How long till we bring in another freaking punter

Surprised he was brought back. Guy just isn't good enough.

Every other team in the league finds elite global punters. We find the worst one. In general our global talent is poor.

was going to say the same bout our returner till Smith made that nice td run....Maybe we have our guy .....he looked good on outlegging a few stumps

Beating Grace pretty handily in net.

At least smith catches it and runs north south each time. It’s good to know his explosiveness translates to the cfl, but I think at worst he will do the job properly.

109 yard return will do that.

I think Smith will be useful on O too.  Probably a lot more than Grant was tbh.

Agree. He looks like a legit offensive player. Could be an insane change of pace back.

I just tuned in... any cliff notes on who showed well and who showed poorly?

Adams at dt, smith at kr, Kelly at s, petrishen at lber, rivers and Upshaw at de, the whole front has been dynamite again. Kick cover much better.

McGhee has looked lost at corner. Bridges and fuller good at db. Awful punting again.

Horrid camera work tnite

Johnson looks the best of the wrs. Grainger is talented but raw. Wilson similar to last week.

Adams did a great job vs the double team closing up the inside on that

Adams a great rush up the middle again.

Love that disengage push and tackle by huebert

Hubert has already made more plays than Bennett.

Looks pretty strong for a young guy

Looks like gemmel blew his hcf assignment on the td

Agreed Hubert is a surprise so far

Griffin is horrible

Both guys we took out of Calgary's camp look like shite.

Vann is the other one.

I'm the biggest NI supporter you'll find but man... How do you keep Jake and Bennett on the roster right now?
