I like the action shots of players, but this photo of James West just perfectly encapsulates the man. He was a beast on the field and took his job seriously, but never seemed to take himself too serio

Playing the Ottawa Rough Riders in 1995. Two uniforms sent off to the dustbin of history.

If a player does nothing other than be a returner, I don’t think they could expect to earn much more than the league minimum. Grant never saw the field as a rusher or receiver in his time here. With the cost of keeping the core intact, I would imagine he would be about as low priority as it would get, and I say that knowing how good he was at the return game. One would think as far as replacements go, that position would be one of the easier ones to fill for a cheaper option.

Could structure the contract so that there is a bonus based on number of snaps played.

Especially considering it's right there at the bottom of the picture.

He was a solid NAT and had a pretty decent career. I always forget he got a ring with the Eskies in 2015.

Yep, He's born & raised in Winnipeg.  I was in elementary school with his sister for a couple years and i think my brother knew Don a bit back then too.

I had brunch with him and a few others years ago.  He didn't eat anymore than me. I am not sure that is a good look for me.

He seemed like a good enough kid but really got on my case for cheering for Toronto Raptors instead of the front runner of the day. I didn't want to mention it but at the time a front runner wouldn't be cheering for his team.
