Both teams can be offside.  When it's among the ineligible's they have to call one side, like if the OL moves they have to blow it dead and decide who moved first, but in the case of a receiver and a DE jumping it offsets.

No holding call on the return... oh ****. This is going to be a long Game and I might need a new tv after this game
