Recent history: This is the first meeting between the two clubs in 2018. The Bombers did win in their last visit to Calgary, with a 23-5 victory in wintry conditions last November 3rd in the regular season finale for both teams. Worth noting: the starting QBs in that game were Dan LeFevour for the Bombers (subbing for an injured Matt Nichols), and Andrew Buckley for the Stamps (who elected to rest Bo Levi Mitchell for the playoffs).

I don't think its unreasonable to say that LaPolice is losing faith in Nichols. Looks more like Nichols is getting the kiddie offense with these checkdowns.

Defensive breakdown for sure. Was only a matter of time before Calgary scored. Their offense at least has been able to move the ball, you can only hope to limit the damage.

so the usual again today? We dink and dunk our way down the field but ultimately dont put up any points and then Calgary pulls away. Seems about right.

Was there any chjance for that play to ever end up gaining more than 4 yards.?

Gotta put in Streveler. You don't have to make it permanent, but let's see if he can get the offense going. Nichols has cost us this game so far and at some point he's going to make sure this ship sinks.

Hall is blitzing too much again....  leaving the flats wide open - not good - he's missing adjustments yet again

Lapo needs to bring back the run game - this game is still within reach

How long do you expect to hold down a team that's 7-1 with an offense that has done very little today

Doesn’t matter if you put Steve Lee in at this point LaPolice has not adjusted as have calgary....they know he can’t throw long and will give him the second and 7 all day long. Calgary going for the 10 yard passes with yac after that. We can’t cover that either. Defence tired
