I found this interview very interesting.  A lot of soft balls thrown at Trump, he explained his back pedalling on his more extreme issues as a lot of his claims as opening bids for negotiation purposes.  Which .. whatever .. I still think that those are insincere claims he used to get elected.

He does now come across way more presidential then he did prior to the election.  A lot of his noise, yelling, and rhetoric has been scaled back.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell expands from manufacturing masks to sourcing them after call with Trump

Mike Lindell, the founder of the MyPillow Company, has made good on his Rose Garden promise to produce and distribute medical masks to healthcare facilities around the country, a spokeswoman told Salon.

But in what would appear to be a previously-unannounced dimension to the operation, Lindell is also apparently “sourcing” masks, the spokeswoman said.

Fawning over Trump has its benefits.

I’m with you on everything other than when you write who he fights for. He fights for no one except himself. I‘m thinking if push came to shove he wouldn’t even fight for family members.

Big part of this is a lot of the MAGA folks, caught in a intellectual and emotional cul-de-sac.  

For years, they have been bombarded by right wing media, telling them that are "victims" of many insidious forces - Immigrants, foreigners, media, and the traditional institutions of government, (deep state) that have banded together to deny them, what they truly deserve.  

This also ties in well with the general xenophobic and racist thinking in certain quarters on the Right  Hatred of the "elites", also is handy for resisting environmental concerns, and debunking higher education and science.

On the surface, pretty strange that some working people still look to Trump - who manly fights for the 1%ers, dividend holders and other "elites", to protect their interests.  But, Trump has to be right.....or every thing they have been told, and believe is a total lie and a giant fraud.

Too bad.....it is.

Of course, but a lot of pretty deluded people think otherwise.    And Trump has a track record of making life easier for certain corporate concerns (tax cuts, massive deregulation)

The woman says right-wing provocateur Jacob Wohl and his frequent accomplice Jack Burkman persuaded her to cast Fauci as the assailant using details from an actual sexual assault she survived just after high school, and they paid her to do it, reported Reason.

If true, this is example number one of why, under these conditions, you have to be wise to the set up.  There was another example too...those alt right clowns trying to push allegations against Mueller

This one is weird because Flynn apparently flipped.  Mueller wrote a letter asking for leniency due to Flynn's cooperation which was allegedly significant.  In fact, he was charged with lesser crimes for that reason so when say oh its a BS charge anyway, it was the result of a plea bargain and he would have faced more severe charges.

He plead guilty and there is no doubt he is guilty.  He admitted it and its right there in black and white.  Trump even tweeted that Flynn was fired for lying.  But to Trump and his ilk, Flynn is a patriot because you can lie, cheat & steal as long as its for the right side.  

This isnt even a pardon, which Trump would have to wear.  Its Barr dropping the whole case.  Quite something.

I would not rule out either a scorched earth policy or incitement to violence. Trump will intimate but probably not directly call for violence in response to an election loss.

President Donald Trump is baselessly accusing the Obama administration of “treason,”  following the news the Dept. of Justice has dropped all charges against his former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn, despite Flynn having pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI.

“The Obama administration Justice Department was a disgrace, and they got caught, they got caught,” Trump claimed, which is false. “Very dishonest people, but much more than – it’s treason, it’s treason.”

Trump is forgetting a few things.  Namely the special counsel was a republican appointed by trumps DOJ. Namely Rosenstein who was a trump appointee who had to approve everything Mueller did including the charges to Flynn and his guilty plea.
