We don’t need to hit on a low risk high reward guy like him so yeah. Developing the next guy is more important. No matter who our 3rd imp wr is we have an elite wr core.

And it just so happens we have an opening for a global on the ar. 
Very different types of dbs. But Alford quality is extremely high in the modern era. Best cfl db produced in the past 20 years. Stiggers is likely the next best, but idk if he will stick in the nfl like Alford. Dees style of play fits soo well and he can bring soo much.  
Yeah and honestly that diminishes if he doesn’t have a nose to draw doubles. When teams chip him and get two guys on him etc he suffers. He tends to just coast back and try and swat passes. 
 In 21 especially we had the versatility to enable his playing rover basically. We had multiple dl who could all be on the field with him and create pressure, and lbers who could cover for his aggression/misses. The injuries, age and reduction in support from other positions has really hurt ba, biggie, and wj. 
 Hopefully we can find dts who can eat blocks and get pressures consistently, and not compensate with biggie getting smashed by ol, allowing him to drop back and help cover, and ba can recover and go back to doing more than selling out for hits. 

Was that based on a ratio adjustment or was Alexander coming back from injury?  Kongbo started 2019 on the 6-game IR and once he came back I think it allowed them to replace Hecht with an Import, it was a huge turning point for Hall when he was allowed to go all Import LB's and secondary.

However, that doesn't make us look more knowledgeable when it comes to football discussions about players. Only a lot dumber with a mindset like that. On par with  how the knuckledraggers on Rider fans think about us.

Dobson often looks lost in space and rarely gets up field to help with the run blocking like Gray does consistently.  Ceresna plants him in Zach's lap twice and blows by him cleanly one other time, being nervous starting his first game is a valid excuse, but I think from a physical standpoint he will remain the 6th man unless Eli is worse.  He may be cheaper than Gray, but can't say I see him being a better O-lineman.

The Riders had a terrible defense and were continously playing from behind so that is a slight modifier on why they were pass heavy.     Once again... they had Harris healthy for only a bit and were playing Dolegala and Fine who were not good at all.   Bane made some outstanding catches and Emilius was really solid and consistent.    

I'd imagine people on here wouldn't be so ignorant to say that just because they hate the Riders that they default into saying every player on that team sucks and that they were over rated and stats are misleading etc...    
It is perfectly fine to admit that they had talent at certain positions ,  we don't have to pretend that they sucked everywhere.      
 

The guy was the best ranked OL on the Riders by PFF last year playing LT. Playing beside an actually physically capable OG he might get the job done. He's no Yoshi, but then again Yoshi is unlikely to be Yoshi again.

Sceviour is a good OL but Bandy isn't. Of course, Dennis is more short bus rider than Mensa member.

Jonathan Broxton (who we signed originally) was another one for BC. Kent Perkins was also BC’s MOOL nominee in his rookie year as a tackle.

Eng. so could have forced Walters on his previous contract to match his potential earnings in that field, or he wasn't playing football anymore.  He could get a job anywhere, the determining factor whether he retires from football might be salary or his attachment to Wpg.

Don't really believe that offer myself, he's a gritty receiver but probably not the clean route runner most teams would be looking for at #1 or #2 receiver spot.
