  1. I think this deal was lined up before Mtl. traded Williams.
  2. I would have preferred they never signed him in the first place but this seems like a reasonable resolution. Rely on the scouts to fill the position and bring on the competition.
  3. Great leader, good motor, 100% effort every play.
  4. I agree, until Demski or Harris go down there isn't a dire need for Flanders.
  5. Fluff. Why isn't he got no hair?
  6. 14 victims shot in Toronto's Greektown neighbourhood http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/danforth-logan-shooting-1.4757409
  7. On average 77,000 vehicles cross through that intersection every weekday, no other intersection in Wpg. is even close to handling that volume of traffic. To compare Wpg. to other cities designed on a rectangular grid is illogical, one look at a map will confirm it's a whole different ball of wax. Both Portage and Main are funnels and because of the nearby intersection of two major rivers, parallel diversions for either do not exist. Keep 'er closed.
  8. I doubt they recall ever having him, that trade was made in 2013.
  9. Where did you find that game? CFL Insider doesn't have it yet and my Yare TV subscription is not functioning properly.
  10. He seemed to be consulting with Dressler in that conversation, he may not have even seen the infraction but took Dressler on his word.
  11. ...and just imagine how much more enjoyable that experience would be sitting on your new Fargenfluven!
  12. Cooper is hooped. 😀
  13. 10 sacks in 12 games, not too bad.
  14. I don't see him on their suspended list. I guess he's still holding out, hope that's working out for him.
  15. Anyone know the name of the Argo D-lineman that was holding out prior to T.C. along with Wilder?
  16. Andrew Harris
  17. This sums up this thread.
  18. Agreed Streveler's career progression has stalled out and he's desperate to reignite it.
  19. I think Loffler is much more effective when he plays deep and keeps everything in front of him, when he has to turn and run with a receiver he is lost. He just seems to work most effectively in straight lines.
  20. No it isn't, I drove one like that for a summer as a student and I had about 5 minutes training, if you can handle a stick and air brakes not much to it other then extreme focus on the road ahead. Good chance there was a mechanical failure and the driver did not realize the box was not locked down, a lot of these old trucks are in extremely poor mechanical condition so nothing surprises me. Keep out of their way!
  21. This is it, he's the Bombers version of Duron Carter without the nasty twirks, Reilly knew they had to go to him early and often or he loses focus and becomes a non-factor, get him involved and he becomes almost unstoppable. LaPo and Nichols can take it either way, but right now he's on the straight path to following Clarence out the door.
