We've invested 3 years into Wilson's development & he has shown some promise. I'd hate to throw that all away too soon. 

I see SB Bruce Boyko #14 had a huge growth spurt over training camp that year. 

NEVER give up. Aaron Rogers made a comeback (sort of) after all.

Trey Vaval almost made me forget that Walters let Janarion Grant get away for nothing and that we had no kick return threat at all in 2024.
I know Vaval had a tryout with NY Jets but would be great to get him back.

Meh, if I'm not mistaken Condell and Zach both were Ti-Cats in 2014-15 where Cats were 9-9 and 10-8 with Collaros slinging the ball and Condell as OC.

Of course O'Shea is gone. Kyle Walters should not let the door hit him on the way out either. 
Conceivable that Brock Sunderland, although he only had a .471 pct as Elks GM, or Eric Deslauriers could replace Walters.
They are already here and know the club. Anyone have thoughts about Marc Mueller as head coach?

Another tight race again that came down the end.  It's a nice way to end an otherwise disappointing season!  Thanks for running this every year Rich!

I imagine Walters will be gone soon. And I want to see O'Shea gone too. He's arrogant and stubborn. Terrible in-game management. Who would replace him? No idea ... hopefully not Jarious Jackson who sucks as HC.
Why not take a shot at replacing Hogan with Collaros? It seems clear that he and Hogan did not get along. Who is more to blame for the sputtering 3 step drop no rollout offence? Take your pick. But it would be a mistake to let Collaros on the field as the starter again. So let's have competition at QB - develop the  prospects - Wilson, Artopoeus and maybe Taylor Elgersma behind an off-season CFL journeyman like Taylor Powell who looks like a free agent in Hammy?
If Oliveira wants to leave for the money, fine. I bet he stays. Especially if Bombers spend like hell this off-season on better FA vets, and younger prospects on both the O-line and D-line. Bombers looked especially weak in pass pro and discomboblulated run blocking. And we had no pressure on opposing QBs - all season long and going back to 2024. Success starts and ends in the trenches.

He's not a tool...is connected...a players coach but one who plays the talent...name recognition...
JJ stays as OC but has a lot of input from Jones but allows Jones to focus on the game and whats going on
Players who have played for him love and rave about him as well...Elevate Younger to DC/Ass head coach with more say/sway with whom we go after player wise.
And there are players in the league who still make a difference that would come to wpg cause hes here...

This is O'Shea's M.O. But it should not be surprising, given his own career. He refused to retire at the end of his useful football life and had to be released by the Argos. If it had been up to him, he would've kept playing believing he could still bring it.
