I remember Samuels posting there. Pretty sure I ticked him off and he went at me pretty good over my comment.

Who was the dB with the dreads on the same team. Answered my own question. Something malaveux? Maybe I didn't answer my own question

Big debate online over the years...

Curious If anyone remembers a movie called Shazam with Sinbad? Ppl swear they do but Sinbad said 10k to anyone with an actual vhs cassette of it and nobody has stepped up

I remember a kazam believe Shaq was in it. Do any of you remember Shazam tho. I don't

Man I swear Sinbad was in that movie. I would've bet my life on it. That is ******* nuts that its fake.

I've heard of this mandella effect before, but I've never heard it regarding Shazam yet until reading this comment moments ago

     Wow

If Slim Pickens was available in free agency, he'd be a better option than some of this lot.

    Nick Arbuckle, Ottawa Redblacks (A)
Dru Brown, Winnipeg Blue Bombers (A)
    Dominique Davis, B.C. Lions (A)
    Jake Dolegala, Saskatchewan Roughriders (A)
    Dane Evans, B.C. Lions (A)
    Mason Fine, Saskatchewan Roughriders (A)
    Kai Locksley, Hamilton Tiger-Cats (A)
Dakota Prukop, Winnipeg Blue Bombers (A)
    Matthew Shiltz, Hamilton Tiger-Cats (A)
    Tommy Stevens, Calgary Stampeders (A)

Thought Steven's just resigned in Calgary. Didn't mind him. Davis will be done in the CFL. Doelaga probably back with the Riders

If I had to guess its dru brown in winnipeg or Ottawa if he gets a fat cheque.

Dane Evens or Schilitz I'd take to replace him. Wouldn't want either to see the field for longer than a game or two, though.

I saw Strev worked out for San Fran.. doesn't look like he was picked up. I for the life of me can't understand why he's not cracking a roster. Taysom Hill has proved valuable to the saints year after year..

It's also mind boggling to me that Rourke is merely on a PR. He looks like a solid number 2 NFL qb.

Edmonton and Calgary are going to be flash points for the league very shortly.

Disappointing how nonchalant Ambrosie is toward the strife in these markets.

Facility issues there are huge.  No use pining after a 10th market.

10th market would do wonders in bringing hype to the cfl..for a short period of time.

I don't know the history in Calgary but have they ever been exceptionally well attended? Not since I've been watching the cfl.. even when they were "the team" to beat

Is that a stadium issue or is that calgary becoming a Toronto and not giving a **** about the cfl?

I am in a place and I think the team is still in a place where the proven vet is still worth more than unproven potential. But I 100% understand where you're coming from.

And aside from our personal opinions, I also believe there is zero chance the team moves on from Zach, so there's almost no point in even considering that option if we're sitting here trying to figure out what next year's team will look like. Write #8 in pen.

Another thing that could be considered is that, although unlikely, maybe Walter's finds a way to make everyone happy. Good coin to brown to hang around, Collaros with the team until end of GC host year, and then take over.

I know Browns mentioned he wants to be a starter but sticking around and staying in a good situation opposed to going to a loser squad might be a good play for longevity.

We've seen a lot of qbs change teams for the payday and stink because the foundation wasn't there. Franklin, Arbuckle, lefors.  Not saying they would have made it in a better environment but I'm not saying they wouldn't have either.

As much as I love a guy like Shoen, maybe you let him go in order to keep Brown. The scouting department has done nice work in finding receivers

And one last thought. Maybe just maybe strevler makes it back to the CFL and brings a one two with him and Zach. That would spell Zach in his bad stretches of play.

I think there's a lot of allys to go down here and I'd say nothing, aside from collaros being a bomber, is a sure bet

.. a lot of fomo going on here. And despite some questionable decisions in very recent history bombers management has made mostly sound choices. I still have a lot of faith in the decision makers

  6. Thanks for a great season guys. This website and our bombers has been my most visited site since I was 14 years old. I'm 31 in January!

I've grown up ( and continue to) grow up with a lot of the same posters since I signed up almost 17 years ago (wow!)

Sorry just surprised myself typing that out.

Anyway in my rambles what I meant to say is through the debates, differences, and strong personalities, this website has been a staple of my childhood and adult hood.

There will be another bomber grey cup in the future. I have a feeling well be back soon

I'll see you all during free agency. Taking some time away from the emotional roller coaster that is our beloved football team

I think it speaks to the "player's coach" mentality.  But also speaks to do your damn job the same way you're asking the 12 guys lined up on the field to.  Sometimes that entails a tough conversation with a guy who has given you everything he's got.  Goal is a win for the team.  Doesn't matter who's out there for it.  You can't always preach the "0-0" this week, "next man up" stuff and then be that weak in terms of doing your job to have a team ready to play in a game like this.

Well said, and I'm in Osheas corner. You're right

Nobody wants to just be the division champs but this was a good team and there is good reason to remain optimistic. Look around the league, I'm not trading coaches or rosters with anyone. Gpas here and there, who can;t say the same? See how the offseasons goes and take it from there

I think this is a good point. If we could trade shoes overall would we with anyone? I'm not so sure I would.

Dissapointing end for sure, but we've been spoiled by riches. Then again maybe this is why I'm so hesitant to move forward. I don't want the ride to end

  9. I don't think cutting Collaros is a good idea unless the franchise is positive Brown is the guy

We've seen flashes of brilliance out of a lot of back up qbs who fade into the abyss. Collaros getting kicked the curb would be a knee jerk reaction in my opinion.

Dudes taken us to 4 grey cups in a row...mind you hasn't shown up for any of them. I think our offense did enough to win today. Just barely.

Are we forgetting that Fajardo didn't score a single offensive td against us this season and he had 3 tonight??

The dude was 0-9 against zc. I respect you @Mikebut surely this is a little soon to be so sure

  10. Couple of thoughts...

We've seen qbs have a good few games and then taper off. I'm talking about Maier as recently as last year.

I'd like to keep brown around but I'd ease up on the cut collaros talk. That's a very bad idea.

Hate to eat crow but @Boochyou were right.

Here's what I really don't get it. There's 35 seconds left in the game. Even if we sack them they are still in field goal range. What is hall thinking bringing the house? We're playing for overtime at that point. WHY?

That being said, terrible night for Hall but he's a good coordinator and had a perfectly schemed game last week. Not sure what happened here.

Having trouble processing this. I was telling my girlfriend that runs like this come around once in a life time. Our dynasty talk is over.

Great season, minus the last half
