  1. Nano's are absolutely fantastic .. love them. Only thing that I like lifting in more are my INOV-8s or a pair of Chuck Taylor's. (thread derailment over) You suck too then. I knew I should have kicked you in the reeboks as you were leaving work.
  2. The dudes kind of ruin it. I'll take one though. Wonder if I can hang these up at work.
  3. Wear that Brock jersey with pride and don't forget to numb the pain you will witness tonight with a raft of beers and nachos. Some of us will give you a silent thumbs up as we tuck tail and eat and drink the crap our wives make us as they try to turn us into the men they think we should be. Yeah, just don't drink so much that you throw up on the street after the game like that loser did in front of me after the banjo bowl. Like...seriously. FYI...my wife makes good meals. Her parents are both from Italy. You can come to our house and eat...we'll feed you.
  4. Mike, you going to post a pic...even a small scan of the back of the calendar?
  5. Yep. She'll pretty much write anything you want or just tell me your name and I'll get her to write something in it personalized. But don't get too creative. Aw man...so no "Thanks for letting me drive your stick last night, it was a great ride."?
  6. Yeah...post some pics. I might get one. I'm sure the wife will give me an eye roll though...lol. What kind of personalized messages can we get?
  7. he did, but Tim Burke didn't like him. What you did there. I saw it, and I liked it. ....literally...I liked it. I pressed the like button on the right hand side of your post.
  8. Also of note: Akeem Foster into the starting receiving corps. Apparently Foster, Denmark, Edwards, Kohlert and the kid from Hamilton as our starting corps. Is is curious that Sims-Walker isn't starting full time yet? I was wondering about him too. I thought someone said he was in the Banjo Bowl but I don't remember seeing him.
  9. yes, and you just polished the knob of the whole BC system I was just joining in... and yes, it deserves knob polishing. I guess we could start with: Find a GM who listens to his scouts and personnel. That's might be an attainable goal for the BoD... then again, um... He said "knob polishing". ARR ARR ARR
  10. You ask about game day tread one more time I give you a chop stick on the forehead. ARR ARR ARR ARR
  11. I don't care about this thread...but I just had to meme it up...
  12. Nonsense. There's a difference between putting the ball up in a place where your receiver has an advantage, and just throwing it into a crowd. It's called good quarterbacking. Except that Hall had to get the ball away as quickly as possible before being destroyed by the oncoming blitz, so he launched it to the first guy he could. I bet if he had a few more seconds you'd see how good he might be.
  13. FYP Except the people that let him go from this team seem to know nothing about football.
  14. It's about maybe half...sometimes more. Depends who joins. Like Saturday we had about 14 people in there. But Noeller, 17, Mike, etc...were missing from the room where they'd normally be in there. And Bluto, who's been incommunicado for a while, happened to be in there. He's just been really busy with work. During at home games we have people coming in and out of the chat room from the stadium...cause the internet sucks so bad when you're there, and then there's the usual crowd plus a few others that randomly come in and out. Usually no less then 8 and no more then 20 during a game. I'm guessing if they started winning that might increase.
  15. Rich any possibility that the posts in chat for game day could be moved to a game day thread after the game/>? HAHA hoooo...no we don't want that. Some of us here, and I won't name names....say some ridiculous and embarrassing things in chat. ....*cough* stop looking at me.
  16. I was just going to say. What's the point of a game day thread when we were all making our ***** posts in chat.
  17. Unless we're going to spend some money on a QB coach, trying out all these newbies is a waste of time. They may as well just grab someone who's proven. You can't expect these young guys to grow without someone teaching them what they're doing right and what they're doing wrong and how to correct their mistakes.
  18. To me it's not a huge deal. The most important thing for me is the labor day classic and the banjo bowl, so as long as those are untouched I don't see any big issues. And both of those are a cash cow for the two teams so I don't see them splitting that up as far as rivalries go.
  19. God, dont even get me started on that clown. He "chased" me from the other board. I barely even go there now, let alone post. Is he called Shankman because he likes to stab people in the back?
  20. Yes exactly my point. JJ drops that ball way too often and barely gets any yardage. I'm thinking he's waiting for that NFL fair catch rule to come into existence in the CFL or something so he can use that instead of running.
